I had two bad experiences with them! Normally I don’t even do reviews. All around I’m a pretty fair person. The first time I had them the food was delicious. Which made me want to go back, when I got there I looked at what they had and I asked the lady how long had it been since the chicken had been up there. Very rudely she replied “ ma’am we cook the chicken and when it’s gone we cook more” I looked at her and calmly I replied that’s not the question I asked you, I asked her again how long had the chicken been up there and cooked. She said “ I told you” I told her that I was ok and I left. The second time I went was yesterday there were 3 pieces of chicken, it was my sister and I so of course we wanted to know if they’d cook more. This time the female was younger, it had just turned 6:00 online it says that they close at 9:00pm she responding very quickly almost in the same manner as the previous woman “we stop cooking at 6:00” I’m thinking ok 3 hours before closing? Cool, my sister purchased 2 of the 3 that were there which she said had only been up there for 10 minutes along with everything else that was up there. The chicken tasted like it had been up there for 4 hours! I’m disappointed because I live not even 5 minutes from this place and I felt like it was a pretty nice place to run up the street and grab on my lunch! Customer Service and food was just horrible!

NO LONGER A KRISPY KRUNCH CHICKEN. It used to be and they changed the food but won't remove the branding of Krispy Krunch. The new food is cheap and awful tasting. Yet it's the same price as Krispy Krunch. Ridiculously overpriced chicken strips. Should not be allowed to use the Krispy Krunch branding for that awful Kens branded chicken strips

This is not the Krispy Krunchy I've had in San Diego. The chicken is like 80% batter and skin which is insanely salty. They don't have an option for Spicy. One side of the store says Crispy Fried Chicken but the counter has the Krispy Krunchy branding.

Great food, halal, and friendly! We always get the family meal with fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese. We have something for everyone in our home with that combination. It's reasonably priced and so tasty!

Honestly, I'm surprised at how good their wings are. They were made to order, so they came out fresh and super crispy. On the other hand, the boneless wings were not the best. They were also made to order but the breading was weak and became soggy too fast. I wish they used the same batter as the bone in wings. The chicken was cooked well, though. They had some chicken in the warmers up front when I arrived if you want something quick, but I'm pretty sure they don't taste as good as the fresh ones (obviously). I got the sweet BBQ and the sweet and sour sauce, and didn't love either of them; they were just okay. Service was decent. I was told my order would take about 5 minutes, and didn't get my food until 15 minutes later. I was fine with that since it meant my chicken would be fresh. The store itself is just a small convenience store; chips, drinks and other snacks. It seems a little sketchy, especially after dark, but it's worth a visit if you want some halal wings!

The customer service this place sucks,the cashier Ali is not good to talk to the customer,no energy no emotion,look like they giving food free off the money very bad experience this place to buy the food ,O asked for Plates,spouses ,he not give me any anything, he spend this place almost 80$ ,I like to I wast my money this place,never go back this place ,not clean ,they looking they way to over charge,if you need any kind off souce you have to pay .50 cent to .75cent looking to Make money any side ,they used the name off Halal they like to charge double,never like to go back this place ,I should be give this place 0 star
Krispy Krunchy is with in a liquor store. Upon my arrival there was another person ordering their food. Few minutes later I start to order my food, I ordered 6 pieces combo. I was told 5 mins but we all know it's not 5 mins. I received my food, I thought my food was being prepared in the back but I got my food from their glass food warmer, staff was just waiting on my corn. Chicken wasn't hot enough, but tested like normal fried chicken.

Delicious Halal fried chicken! Considering we don't have many fried chicken options that are halal, this one is pretty good. The chicken is deliciously crispy. Mashed potatoes with gravy is our go to side and it's so goooood. The location is questionable but the quality of the food is amazing.

First time trying this restaurant! The food was from Heaven ( delicious @ tasty ) I had waffles and chicken tender . Customer service was amazing adil was above and beyond . I recommend highly .
