Drive Thru Person was very friendly and kind to us...Also the young lady working was helpful as well....We couldnt decide and may of been a little confusion but they both were patient and really did want to help us get our order.....This was on March 24,2024 between the hours of 8:30-10pm ....It had been a long day and their Kindness and Smiling Faces mix with the good food was a greattt ending to a long day

Crystals does not have fast food at this point. fire everyone in our robots human beings no longer care about customer service, doing things in a timely manner. I ordered food an hour ago it is disgusting that people can't have the proper staff, have the proper people and pay them a decent wage. it is unfortunate that we all are suffering through this but it appears as if there's no way to fix it. no one takes pride in their job anymore. there are no bonuses for doing the right things. there are no commissions for selling the right amount of food. the only person that makes all the money is the store manager and probably the franchisee. You should never under any circumstances take an hour to get six crystals and two apple turnovers also one thing of tea the lines are so long it's infuriating. why even have a line.set up a designated parking area so people who are getting stuff that is not difficult to make can have you walk outside and get the food. if you think this is too dangerous then put in a window like rallies a thick bullet one a safe one and pay people bonuses for doing the right things. pay them bonuses for being on time. this is egregious. Give your employees commission for doing the right things or fire everyone in higher robots that is your only option. everyone is getting wise to the prices. everyone is about to start buying groceries a lot of restaurants are going to go out of business save yourselves.

Worst Fast food experience of my life. 1st the drive thru was slow got to order box the employee was screaming saying she couldn't here me and after she finally got my order and I pulled forward I heard her screaming to every customer who pulled up that she couldn't hear we had to scream back into order box just to be heard placing our order. Got to pick up window it took 5 mins before she came to window to collect my payment. She opened window grabbed my money aggressively while screaming at the customer placing order in drive thru that she couldn't hear them either. She handed me my change and my order. And mumbled "have a good one".I guess after being screamed at thru drive thru at the start of my morning my day can only get better!Krystals do better upgrade your antique equipment so your employees are not screaming at customers that's not a pleasant experience!

On December 5 around noon My coworker and I stopped by for lunch I must say the young lady in the drive thru was very pleasant and nice.. Our food was fresh hot and delicious. our orders consisted of cheese krystals, chili cheese pups and chilli cheese fries. We loved everything especially the chilli cheese fries. Shout out to the cook and the workers at this location keep up the good work it doesn't go unnoticed.

Hours are WRONG. This location is NOT open 24 hours, but the app will still process orders. I placed an order and arrived there after working late at my job.An employee and his manager were at the location, hiding behind three uniformed city cops telling people they're closed and they cannot refund me at the store level.

I've gone to this Krystal three times in two weeks. The first time i went to get my kids some krystald it was ok. I went back that same evening to get a sack of Krystals for my husband and myself and was very dismayed. I ordered the food and was immediately told to go around and park. There was no one there and I didn't see any reason why this would be necessary. In addition there wasn't anyone behind me. Regardless I did it hoping for a better outcome than my earlier encounter. I waited approximately ten minutes and a worker walked out and handed me my Krystals and Krystal chik. When I got home I discovered the bread was stale and the sandwiches weren't hot. Mind you the sandwiches weren't worth even eating because they didn't taste like the iconic Krystal should. Despite two bad encounters I tried again the following week. It didn't go any better. I ordered four Krystals with cheese and catsup only (yes this is wrong but my kids won't eat them as they should be done) a Krystal chik and a sack of regular fully dressed iconic Krystals. Again I was asked to pull around when I was the only one there. My food wasn't hot and the Krystals were not fixed as requested.
They are so slow regardless of any Krystal you go too. I only get their wings and fries bc the Krystal burger be so soggy unless I go to the Saraland location. They're the only ones that actually cook their burgers right. Then they always want you to pull over to the parking lot with nobody else in line and you have to fight Government St just for them to come outside with your food by the time you make it over there.

You might want to update those store hours on Google. Having Google say it's open, 24 hours is misleading. I pulled up around 2:30 a.m. as two gentlemen that worked there were sitting in a car. I pulled in the drive-thru for about 3 as they drove over to me to let me know they were closed. Something really isn't adding up. Either y'all need to update your store hours or hire people that actually want to work a full shift. I don't know what's going on, but I drove all the way across town to get something to eat because of online hours said open 24 hours.
