Asked for the Kaiser roll which they no longer carry. Asked for wheat bread since I had to get a sub, was given white bread. In addition to the combo meal that was on my order, I asked for an additional WATER cup and was charged full price for a drink (most places charge nothing, some places charge $0.25).In addition to those problems, my chicken salad sub was not very good(very chunky). I used to eat at this place 2+ times a week for years before they moved so I have a pretty good feel for this place and obviously never had any problems that caused me to not want to go back but the past few times I've been haven't been the best for various stated and unstated reasons.6/2024I haven't eaten here since my last review, I will now never eat here again.6:47pm I pull up to the drive through and order a buffalo chicken philly on wheat bread. The girl taking my order clearly doesn't like her job and doesn't want to be there. After repeating my order to her 3 times I pull around and pay. A few minutes later I get my food and head home. When I get home I unwrap my sandwich and was given a regular beef philly on white bread that is loaded with jalapenos and drenched in jalapeno juice. Inedible. I guess that was her way of saying "don't ever come back" to which I will say "no problem".

I went there for the 1st time because they had a $2.99 medium sub for their 25th anniversary. The were super busy that day because of the promo but the staff's customer service was superb they even thanked me for my patience. I got the #1 mile high turkey sub and the American club the subs was fresh and they don't skimp on the meat either and the toppings are fresh also. I'll be returning again soon.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub and veggie philly cheesesteak sub and salads you can customize.Parking: Good amount of parking.

He stated that, I was his first order of the day and that how it’s made. No… Bring back and I’ll make you another one or nothing. We will be taking our business back to Firehouse Sub.
