The girl working all by herself on April 7th at 3pm needs a raise a promotion and her own store immediately!!! Cooking, taking orders at drive through and front counter and cleaning....had to wait a lil while but well worth it

Hot and ready but nothing is ever ready. I sat at the drive through for 15 minutes did not see anyone. A gentleman walked inside 3 minutes later a lady walked from the back. This location is very rude and slow to service customers. They close when ever they feel like it’s unorganized they loose orders when they have to walk it out it needs new management and customer service traning

This is literally the slowest little Caesar’s I’ve ever been too. Everyone in there besides one or two are lazy and just walks around on their phone. They never have anything hot n ready especially on the weekend. This place needs an overhaul. Lines are out the door with only two people working most of the time it’s crazy this store is still in business.

The two young ladies that was working on the night of February 14th closing shift were excellent. they need a raise and a promotion. They greeted me when I came in the door they were super happy that I was there. I was honestly surprised they made me smile I had just got off work and I really didn't feel like smiling at all but they were so excited it made me excited their customer service is excellent.

Love there pizza but hate how every time I go in there they never have any maid and ready to go especially on the weekends when it’s their busiest times and there’s only one or two workers there. It sucks all of the ones in my local area seem to be like that and the pizza wasn’t so dang good I probably wouldn’t keep going back.
Customer service is actually the worst ever. Despite being a Little Caesars, they have NEVER had any hot n readys actually prepared when I come in. I used to work for Little Caesars, so I know they can have them all ready but are choosing not to. The employees will sit there and play on their phones and ignore you. Will have you regularly waiting for like 20-30 minutes for a single pizza when the oven cooks them in 6 minutes. Crazy. Really bringing down the image of the franchise.

We love Little Ceasars, but we had the worst experience at this one. I, as well as about 4 others, were waiting over 10 minutes before I said something to them. They saw us all but never acknowledged us and proceeded to ignore us until I spoke up. Then, we were told that they are no longer taking orders as they're closing soon. It was 7:30... they closed at 8!! What HORRIBLE customer service. It's called work, not social time with your buddies. We won't be back to this location.Dietary restrictions: You need to get with the times and add a gluten-free option.
