I just stood in their lobby for eight minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff after waiting in an unmoving line in their drive-through for about ten minutes. When I was finally waited on, I placed an order and was told they weren't accepting cash. There are people in cars waiting outside for orders and only one pizza came out of the oven the entire time I stood ignored in the lobby. When I was unceremoniously handed back my cash, there was no apology or explanation or a request for exact change. I was simply dismissed. The service was poor on a rare level.

To save time, I always ask for whatever is already ready. If you don't, it's not "Hot N Ready," like they say. You end up waiting for 20-30 minutes. I understand pizza takes a while, but if you ask for a basic cheese pizza, and there's none ready, then you're looking at normal pizza times. They should really try to have backups available. The location is handy, but it's also Tilman's Corner, which is a very unsafe place. The potholes are atrocious, I mean, "put your car out of commission" terrible. For out of towners who don't know any better, watch out for em otherwise you'll end up next door at the tire place too.Kid-friendliness: Pizza is always kid friendly.

The food was undercooked and the parking lot is terrible. Plus there's homeless everywhere. Very unsafe environment. I don't recommend this place.

They always have the most fresh pizza and cheesy bread. Their hot and ready pizza if they don't have any they will tell you that they can make it and how long. The staff is very sweet and friendly and very patient. You know its good pizza when there is a line at the drive thru miles long. Wait for pizza is no longer then 10

Oh sweet LORD! I just had the new stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and I am so overly excited about how amazing it was! Other places want to charge like 15$ for stuffed crust (if they even have it on the menu)Please if you have $9 GO GET THIS PIZZA ?

Severely understaffed, T-Mobile was running a promotion and everybody looked
Ordered through the app for store pick up. Arrived at store 30 minutes after order was placed once I got the “order is ready” email, lobby doors was locked, got in the drive thru line to find people standing at the window, when I finally get to the window after 10 minutes of waiting in line, paid for my food to be told afterwards your order is not ready come back in 15 minutes, when explained I got the order was ready email they said “we only have one person on the line” before closing the window in my face. I pull around to park again since they already took my payment waited 10 minutes, came back for my food to receive COLD food. Will never come back to this location.

It's the third time I've ordered a delivery service and I get a mess of an order. A pizza like that is not a good service. They didn't cut it well. It's covered in sauce. It has more sauce than cheese. What a disappointment. Extrabest cheese is very different from the classic one and every time. I ask for an order here I always get the classic
