I wouldn't recommend. The appetizers were great. We had fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. The main course was horrible, we both got the 1 pound ribs with baked potato and broccoli. Everything was cold besides the baked potato, Everything tasted bland, even the ribs. I saw our waitress talking to someone in the back while holding our plates so maybe that's y our food was so cold. We left a tip because we felt like it was the right thing to do so in total we spent $75 for a horrible, terrible meal. The 1st soda tasted fresh but the 2nd soda was really flat, like it was poured out the can and the can was left on the table so I could get the other half. My friend said his sprite was good after his refill. I had a rootbeer. I wish I had read the reviews before we wasted so much money.

Stopped in with family on a Tuesday evening when traveling. The staff all looked miserable. We were seated without silverware and had to ask for it along with plates when rolls came out. One child ordered milk off the kids menu, and we were told "I don't think we have milk."Our server was not attentive and disappeared completely between check-ins. There were maybe 3 other tables in the restaurant and none served by her. I wanted lemon slices at one point and just gave up looking for her.The kids menu steak tips were the highlight of our order. Cooked medium, flavored well. The side caesar salad was also good.The Carolina Shrimp were room temperature and pale, and they were completely over salted, to the point of burning my mouth after eating several. The green beans were mushy cafeteria-style veggies. The Roadhouse Deluxe Burger was underwhelming.I wish I had picked the Oyster Bar down the street or another local grill.

I ordered to go tonight, spent $131.00. The steak was not how I ordered it. The loaded baked potatoe did not come with sour cream, cheese, or bacon. My husband ordered country fried steak it was missing the gravy. The banana pudding wasn't even half full and extremely watery. I read some comments and it sounds as if people are apologized to and dismissed. This food was not put together with care at all. I called 8 times and the business did not answer. I will not order from this restaurant again. The staff needs some serious training.

I will NEVER be back! I don't like to leave a negative review but I'm making an exception in this case! First off our waitress did not even greet us for over 30 minutes and she only had 2 other tables one of which was leaving. After she took our drink and appetizer order she didn't reappear for another 15/20 mins with our drinks and appetizers. Another waitress brought us our food and then afterwards my salad was brought out. My son ordered an old fashioned and asked for a sweet tea. He didn't receive either one until after he finished his appetizer. I ordered a NY strip but received and was charged for a ribeye. I asked for medium and my son requested medium rare but both were nearly well done (no pink at all). The manager walking by saw my son's disapproval and credited us our drinks ?Now for the part that will tick off any married woman ... When the waitress addressed my husband each time she called him (Love) "now what can I get you my love". Yeah 26 years married I can attest you're NOT his love! Y'all are lucky I found Jesus and I'll just leave it as that! The steaks were tender but over cooked and a 3 on flavor. Not worth the money spent and by the way we didn't get the option to try desserts because she brought us out tickets.
Our waitress, Alexandra? was amazing. We’re in town for a conference & about 24 of us (mostly from Florida) showed up for dinner. She was the only one working our table & remembered everything. She was a wonder to watch. Very gracious & very sweet.

Ordered a grill chicken sandwich and tea. Over an hour later, I asked the waitress to make it to go because it was taking so long. Other tables got their food and left that came in after me. Apparently, the manager was cooking and lost the ticket. No customer service at all!

Only had plastic silverware. Ignored us when we walked in. Tons of empty tables. Why plastic silverware only? Didn't even notice when we walked out.Edit: No thank you, I would advise getting actual silverware though
