The staff was great and so is the food. I had the Grilled chicken and strawberry salad. It was fabulous- very fresh. The lettuce was crisp and the fruits were firm and tasty. The chicken was still warm, tender, juicy, and very flavorful.

I took my friend out for his birthday. We had a great experience. It can be "hit or miss" sometimes, but this time was great.

We have always liked Longhorn's steaks and they are still just as good. However, the service has declined considerably. We were seated in a small booth at the bar and we witnessed the bartender making someone a martini and he picked the olives out with his bare hand and put them in the drink. The glass in the windows around the bar was absolutely filthy and needed a good windex. The ledges were also dirty and dusty. Our waiter, C.S. also had the personality of a brick wall and never cracked a smile. Longhorn, do better please

“Lost Keys”I experienced my first visit to Longhorn’s Steakhouse at the invitation of a friend. Needless to say, I was thoroughly satisfied. I felt that I owed my friend really big so I paid for our late lunch except for the appetizer. Chris who was our server, although she was super busy, she made sure we were taken care of was super attentive and helpful with making great suggestions about the food. I had the baby back ribs with fries and a chopped salad. My friend had the lamb chops with sweet potato and ground cinnamon on the side. No, the specific requests didn’t cause even a hint of a frustration for Chris. She handled everything so very well. We had a spicy fried shrimp for the appetizer, which went excellent with the salad, and we both said that that could’ve just been our entrée and we would’ve been happy with that. Oh, but the tenderness of the ribs and the lamb chops were exquisite, so of course we made room for them too. Fun fact, I drove my friends car to the restaurant, but I carried my keys with me and somehow I lost track of them between the restaurant and my shop. Of course I left the keys at the restaurant. Once I got someone on the phone, I let them know I’d left my keys and they replied right away that Chris found some keys and left them in the back office and I could come and pick them up…Like I said Chris took really good care of us. After all was said and done, it was so worth the 40 minute round-trip back to get my keys. Six stars Longhorn’s!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks S, Your Neighborhood Tailor @Alterations Next Door

My husband and I came here for dinner. Needless to say, that never happened. The hostess sat us at our table. We were there for 12 minutes, and no one came to even ask us what we wanted to drink. We got up and walked out.

We thought our 45 minute wait was because they were busy. Nope! They were understaffed. About half the tables were empty. It is so dark in there that I had to lean over to see if my burger was fully cooked. When we finally got to our table, the food took longer than it should have. Once we finally got our food, it wasn't worth the money. The burgers were smaller than 2 years ago and about twice the price.I promise we will not be back.

I never received my food. I had to ask for my salad that comes with my food. Then the manager comes out and says we have already cleaned our grill with a cleaner that contains chemicals. Do you want a baked potato? I said no. Everyone in my party had their food except me. Then he said I can give you two $10 coupons. Like what should I have done? My food was more than the $20 I received. As much as I eat there and tell everyone to eat there this wasn't acceptable.

Service was excellent! Food, not so great. Salmon substandard, had the brown stuff on bottom, rice flavorless, broccoli undercooked. Prices, very high.

When we first started patronizing Longhorns, you could not beat their food and service but in the past couple of years, the service has slowly declined. There used to be a manager or 2 that would come to your table and introduce themselves and ask, "how are you enjoying your meal". Now you get mediocre service but the food is usually pretty good,

Love this place so much! It’s sad they don’t do to-go orders past 9 anymore though! It was my go to!
