I eat Mexican food 2-3 times a week, and this is by far the most consistent Mexican restaurant in Mobile. You sit down, chips & salsa hit the table. Great service, plenty of food on the plate and red sauce is very good, unlike a lot of others.

Average!!! They want you in and out quickly. Server hit us with our drinks as the food was coming out and came with the bill 10 minutes later. Would of liked to chill but we were on a time clock with the server.

This restaurant specifically the server Lucas P. stole money from my friends and I by doubling all of our tips when we went to eat there on February 9th. I’ve been on the phone with them for almost a month and they still have not refunded me or my friends our money that they took. I advise that if you eat here make sure to take your receipt with you so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

“Get some get right!” That is not my original quote, but it sums up my thoughts about this restaurant. I’m a first timer and I was ready to give this restaurant a zero based on service alone, but the food redeemed it. I took a snapshot of the front door because there were a few red flags for me and one being the gratuity post. Fortunately, I ordered pickup via GrubHub (also,apparently they’re anti-Uber eats- see pic).It’s not all doom and gloom here let’s get to what was in my opinion doing well and what wasn’t.1. Greeting (or presence of a host) at front= non existent (Just after 2pm)2. There appeared to be about two people on the floor serving and when the second one showed up, I walked up to her and asked where to pickup…?. She abruptly responded “at the bar”.3 At the bar no one was there, so I waited a few more minutes, then decided to look in the kitchen, which was nearby. I asked the woman there if I could pick up my GrubHub, she said someone would help me…she gestured. I turned around, and it was the same lady who said “at the bar”. She confirmed my order and handed me my food.My gripe: it would’ve been simple for her to not only tell me to pick up at the bar and also, let me know if she would be right with me or that I would have to wait a few minutes.I’m not sure if there was a sign in the front either that lets people know pick ups would be at the bar. Again, I’m new to this restaurant so I didn’t know the ins and outs.That’s it concerning the service. The food i had (beef quesadilla, beans and rice and a chicken flautas) was good, and it is on par with other Mexican food here in the city that I’ve had the opportunity to sample. For that reason, I probably won’t go back there, because there was nothing special to make me want to come back when there are so many other Mexican restaurants that have good or better food and offer a better experience. #customerexperience

Just terrible. We needed a minute to look at the menu and our server disappeared. We finally ordered. Our food arrived and we had to ask for chips and salsa which came about halfway through our plates. Nothing had any flavor at all - like truly nothing. The ground beef and shredded beef were completely unseasoned. The rice was like white rice with orange food coloring. The beans were liquid and tasteless. Even the cheese dip had no flavor. Unbelievably bad all around.

The service was impeccable. The waiter was extremely patient and generous to us. The food and alcoholic drink was delicious. The nachos were incredible with their special kick to it. The ambiance was real chill for my friends and I enjoy ourselves.

We totally enjoyed our time with friends today at Los Rancheros. They were very accommodating to us. We had a large party and they pulled tables together and made us feel at home. We were immediately served chips and salsa. We enjoyed our time there. Our server was kind and our orders were delivered fast. The lunch menu was quite large and the price was good for the amount of food we received. I even took mine home because it was more than I could eat. FYI there was a 18 percent cost added to our checks for the large group.Vegetarian options: They were agreeable too to swap out items to create a meal for you too.Dietary restrictions: I try to watch carbs and was able to find some options to stay within my plan.Parking: The restaurant was in a strip center and on a Sunday it was wide open for parking.
