In my opinion, this pizza had lots of potential.The flavor was there (kinda). I totally got ripped off on toppings, and I even paid for extra cheese that I didn't get. I ordered the "Kujo" pizza, no black olives, and extra cheese. By the time I got settled and ready to eat it, I noticed how few toppings I had. There definitely wasn't extra cheese, and my crust was not fully cooked. Had my pizza been topped correctly and cooked thoroughly, the restaurant could have gotten a possible 4 stars on the pizza. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case.

We picked up pizza and salad, and the pizza was not good. It was a lot of bread, and the toppings were sparse. We ordered a medium, and I counted a couple of pepperonis and a few pieces of Italian sausage. Each piece was half bread and half sparse toppings. We will not order Lost Pizza Co pizza again.

I went in the middle of the day for lunch. This was my first visit. Cool decor inside, kinda smelled like it needed a good wipedown (pizza grease and old beer), but I doubt you smell that when they're busy and the food smells cover it up. The pizza was great! I had the Lucille on thick crust. Fantastic! The only reason I rate 4 stars is because for a first time diner, there was little to no guidance posted about how to order or where to sit. I don't want to be confused when I'm going out to eat.

Easy 5 stars. Got two large pizzas, thick crust. Dough was light and crispy, not dense, and deeply satisfying. Crew was cool as hell. Order came on time. No better experience could be had!

This is a hidden gem in the Port City!! It was my 1st time trying them, and I ordered 2x in a 2hr span.. it was that good and fresh.. Give them a try, especially during Mardi Gras season.
Pretty good little spot, speedy service ( it was like 330 on a Thursday). Great pizza, got the Otis, cheese pull is on point. Garlic bread stick was a bit of a let down. Overall cool atmosphere, service and food. 4/5 recommend ??.

I'm not sure what has happened to this pizza place. I'm not sure if it's the doordashers( they aren't always the best either) or if it's the staff. Twice the pizza was off. This last time it was cold. Like hard cheese cold. ? I called and complained about it. They offered to make another one and have me come get it. I figured it's 8pm just about. I'll pass. I'll probably never order from there again. It's unfortunate. They were going strong for a while and were the our go to pizza place.

Recently completed online order, thought it was through DoorDash but came through as Toast. Never heard of them. Placed order at 5:46pm called restaurant to see if order was picked up and what time. A guy confirmed it was picked up but couldn’t tell me what time. Said if I have issues that I have to call DoorDash. I asked what Toast was and he never made sense. I immediately called DoorDash to see what’s going on if they could help me in anyway, I was on hold forever. I finally hung up called another DoorDash number. They transferred me to somebody again on hold forever. Something told me maybe they left the food at the front door, nobody rang my doorbell. Nobody knocked on my door. Nobody called me to say I’m here Nothing I opened my door and there’s the food and it’s 40 something degrees outside so of course everything is ice cold. The restaurant doesn’t care they told me to call DoorDash DoorDash doesn’t care. I asked to get a refund for the drivers tip and the DoorDash fee and DoorDash said that the restaurant would have to do it in the restaurants not. And I know neither of these businesses care, and this was my first time ever ordering from this pizza place I’ll never go in or order pizza from them and I definitely won’t ever be doing DoorDash again. But again I know neither one of those places care.
