You know what they say about bad service? Bad management. No one is ever in here working. There’s this one girl with black hair and glasses she is the laziest of all of them. I feel bad for the employees they always look so miserable. The owner himself is just at fault.
This location is terrible and they never do proper portions of ice cream and the employees always act like they don’t know what’s going on.

WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE I came in and there was children behind the counter making their friends ice creams and helping themselves to ice creams while there was ONE man behind the counter and a line of people.

This was our 1st and LAST visits at this location.. Walked in 8:25pm 8/2/23 for 2 ice creams and a milkshake. There were 4-6 customers before us and 3 visible employees on the line and register. The customer in front of us ordered a milkshake and the employee making it said out loud “it’s 8:30. No more milkshakes after this” then went to the back, I assume to wash dishes. I ordered a ice cream cone with some mixins and the male employee (didn’t catch his name) waiting on me was the only employee acting like he wanted to be there. The female employee (Jamya) waited on my mom, she made a 2 scoop cone instead of 1, like my mom asked for, then rolled her eyes when she asked for 3 mixins.. mind you they’re unlimited so our order could have been way more difficult. The male waited on my grandma and was still the only one acting like he was happy to be at work. By the time we got to the register, the line had formed to about 5 more customers and Jamya and the male employee were the only employees working the line/register. Our receipt says we checked out 8:43pm.
