I forgot to say in my recent review that this restaurant is under a new manager this past year and she has made some positive changes. Still great prices and good service. I like that they use recyclable biodegradable take out boxes to help the environment.

Love the Ultimate Nachos!! Change the bread to Croissant for most sandwiches! All the sides are Great! Broccoli, potato salad, chips..can't go wrong?& check out the cheesecake, always a delicious flavor!

McAllister’s is always amazing! I did receive my order with things missing, but, the staff made sure I was taken care of. Restaurant was clean, and food was delicious as usual! I definitely recommend if in Mobile!

We decided on takeout, so I went in, ordered and waited.My daughter ordered the grilled chicken on croissant w/ mac & cheese w/ lemonade tea. She said her food was really good and tasted great. She actually said it was very tasty and comfort foodI ordered the four cheese melt and broccoli soup. My soup was literally ice cold... so I had to go back to the store and ask them to heat it up since I was across town from my home. The sandwich was dry, hard, and cold too. I didn't realize until after I'd left the 2nd time. Of those 5 items, 2 definitely weren't worth any part of the $30 spent on it. I'm not that hard to please with food, but it's really frustrating to have to turn around and go back, only to have the rest of your food inedible also.

FAIL,putting a small amount of meat on the New Yorker vs the Ruben. New Yorker is suppose to be loaded. Take it off the menu if you cant get right. This hasnt been just one visit. Wont come

I can't get food from the Airport McAlister's anymore. They always manage to leave out both requested additions and regular ingredients listed in the menu. And the store doesn't care about more serious issues. In July, I found a rather large insect crawling through a salad that I received from McAlister's. I lodged a complaint with both the store and corporate. Never heard a thing from them.
