I absolutely dispise this mcdonalds location. There is no reason it should take me 30 minutes to get one meal when it's not packed. Especially when I ordered ahead. I've sat here and watched people whk got here after me in the drive thru get their food before me. This is absolutely insane! This isn't the first time I've had an issue either! It's things like this that have made me start eating at other establishments and avoiding mcdonalds all together.

Nice staff, dodgy location. Early mornings you need to use the touch screen to order unless you choose drive thru. The place outside is crawling with homeless, some hiding to jump out at you even though there was a police car there. They don't chase them away apparently. Service is good, food is fine, just watch your back.

Employee caught using the restroom and not washing her hands before going back on the food line!
The lady(if you can call her that) at the front taking orders around 3PM had awful customer service. She seemed unfamiliar with the computer system and scowled at every request we had about the food. And when the kitchen messed up our order, (it happens I get it) she was almost unwilling to fix it. Sounds like she needs to get fired.

Terrible service. I love McDonald's but this one is seriously bad.. Not a single person working here, cares at all about how they do their job. I ordered a number 3, large, plain, I got a small big Mac meal. Tried to say something about this wasn't what I ordered, and the fellow at the window interrupted saying "that is your food"If I was the owner, I would start hiring.. I typically don't do this, but what other recourse is available..

Granted each time we come to this particular McDonald’s there is always a long wait time. Today they were swamped and when we did receive our food it was okay, however when we got home I noticed that the burger was partially unwrapped and cold as well as my fries.The young man at the second window seemed to not take his job that seriously because he turned his back and slammed himself against the drive thru window. I also noticed that he was scratching his hair (with no gloves on) while preparing a drink. Hopefully nothing got into that said drink.

We dined in and the back cook brought our food dropping a burger and not bringing all our food and no drinks. My husband spoke to worker at register and she was rude and workers in the back cussing. I was very disappointed.
