Dont know if the workers slow or what but this location always forget something in my online orders..& u might be thinking “oh well why keep ordering from them then” I BE HAVING HOPE..like bro I promise putting my large fry in the bag wont kill you..idc if its 1 second before closing if u ran out of fries go in the freezer & get some more & cook my fries fresh?? Like the staff as a whole gotta tighten up..bet tho

Very filthy establishment. Horrible customer service. Hit and miss, sometimes they get your food right and a lot of times they don't. Slow service, always a wait. Closes early, even when it says they're open. Drive a few extra miles for the nearest McDonald's because this one is not it!

A bunch of employees I guess on brake yelling for their food very chaotic and unprofessional when I finally received my coffee I had grounds in it. Took probably 15 -20 mins to get a burger and coffee. MsD's is definitely backsliding!

I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance. Every time I come here, my order is made wrong. This last time, made it my last time. It started at the order screen. I wanted 2 of the #7 and the girl was not comprehending at all. The #7 is two cheese burgers, fries and a drink. I needed 2 of them and she just couldn't get it. She asked me to drive to the first window. I did, and the manager was there. I told him what I wanted, and guess what, it was still wrong. When I drove up to the second window you can hear the young lady fussing at the manager, stating she needed help. They need the get it together or that location is going down. No longer a customer
