While the food at this location is generally good, the wait times are horrible. I did a curbside order and after waiting 15 minutes had to go inside to get my food. It seemed my order got buried under other orders. The next time I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, I was told they were having difficulties and to please wait. After another 10 minutes with no further response I gave up and left.

We chise to go inside because the drive through line was so long. I am old. I went to the counter and was told I HAD to order at the keous. I have never used it before. I went to it and had an issue with the touch screen working. It would not recognize my touch. I went Back to the counter and waited 3.5 minutes. No one ever asked me if they could help nor did they respond when I said "excuse me" to someone I saw walking around in the back.The volunteer group I work with orders 3 times a week in the a.m. from this McDonald's. There are six of us and the order is always over $40. I will not come back and I am the one who comes every morning. So that is $120 lost in sales per week fo an average of 50 weeks. APROX $6000 a year.How long before you loose enough business and word of mouth business before it makes an impact?

The food was okay, all the lights were off on the outside so we thought they are close. They were and they can improve in their customer service skills.
