We love this place their food is good, but there’s this one dude that served us and never check on us and keep forgetting about what we ask. One server had to get us spoon and fork coz we couldn’t eat our food coz our server was too irresponsible.

We’ve had Mellow Mushroom pizza in various locations and this one was the most disappointing. We ordered a medium sausage, tomato and mushroom pizza. All the ingredients had slid to the center of the pie leaving the outside just having some cheese on it. The tomatoes were an orange color and definitely not ripe. It was not worth the $25 cost that’s for sure. Buyer beware Must order on line and the charges a digital fee for using it. Then they lose the order and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Adds a tip and you can’t take it off unless you start all over. Taxes run around 15-20%. Will not order again. Too many fees and costs that the service didn’t justify!

Not many choices in Mobile, pizzeria-wise. Fortunately, this one is good. Fairly unique recipe here, some find the crust "unusual." Never had a bad experience here, & we've frequented them all in the Mobile area. Usually a decent beer selection too

So today was apparently the busiest day they had and the day they made the most money….. this is the fact the manager Jade made a point to highlight very emphatically as a reason for 1) not having all the ingredients available and 2) for onions being in a pepperoni pizza.A wedge salad lacking bacon, cheese and tomatoes is just lettuce with ranch….not worth the full charge.If so much money is being made, I would highly recommend some being spent in training their staff. 1) waitress staff to respond appropriately to customers. When a customer expresses concern over food cross contamination, the response of “I don’t know how that happened. It’s a pepperoni pizza so onions don’t come on it. And our kitchen is closed so there’s nothing for me to do about it”. And when 3-4 major ingredients are missing for a plate, the response of “I don’t control our ingredients and how things go” when we ask if a full price will be still be charged for a salad lacking 3-4 ingredients are missing…. Not an appropriate response.Stating to a customer that you’re making so much money off of them as aWhole but not willing to do much more about a sour experience…. Not cool.First time going…. Won’t be returning. Waitress was snarky and then came back to apologize for coming off rude. Manager didn’t really make it much better. Had some decor in acknowledging the cross contamination but didn’t do much else. Free brownies doesn’t equate for having a rude waitress and just an awkward exchange and weird money reason for things being off the whole time.Table across the room sent back their 2 pizzas and left early before us. Should have been a sign.

I really appreciate the vegan options, as there are so few restaurants in my area who offer them. I also like their use of organic foods and biodegradable materials such as cardboard carry out boxes and stars instead of plastic. So many things that other restaurants could implement to make the world a better place. Thank you Mellow Mushroom!

I love mellow mushroom . I've lived in mobile for 1 year and given this location 3 chances The first, it took 2.5 hours to get all of our food and eat Second time and this time, we sat for 15-20 minutes and we're not served or even acknowledged and had to leave

This was my first visit at Mellow Mushroom. I ordered on the phone and when I arrived, one of the pizzas was made wrong and I had to wait for a new one to be made, while the other pizza got cold. I wasn't impressed with my first visit, but I will try them again and see what I think and decide if I continue or go somewhere else.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Went at 1239. Only had about 5 tables, some already had food. Ordered a appetizer, 2 drinks. Came quickly. Ordered medium pizza…after an hour still no pizza, kept saying it’s coming. Finally ask for check for appetizer and drinks. Was told, they were busy with takeout orders. Ours would be ready in 2 minutes. No thank you, this is not the first time it’s been over an hour to get pizza. Won’t be going back.

Best place to go in West Mobile for service and food. Bailey and Jade are amazing, they made a point to ask our names and we are always greeted by friendly staff. Food always comes out in a timely manner and hot. I can’t eat gluten and they have so many options. When we want to go out as a couple or with the family, we always enjoy our time here!

Apparently they don’t close at 9 they close at 8:20. Once we were sat no one would even look at us. Even asked the hostess if someone was coming to the table. Waited till 8:35 before we finally gave them what they wanted and we left. This place is terrible. This isn’t the 1st time I got bad service. This time they get the review. If you hire people that are supposed “serve” then make sure they are willing to do so. Hopefully when they close down because of sh1tty service someone will open up something that is way better.

Service was slow even though we were the Only ones in there. Calzone was good and salads. I told them we were diabetic and in a hurry. I think it slowed it down. How long does it take to make a salad?Dietary restrictions: They have no clue that diabetics need to eat quickly when sugar is low. Don't care either.

Very sub par experience at the bar. I used to come in Friday’s for Cameron and Kayla but heard they no longer work there. Drinks and service just not the same from the 2 gals thatve been back there the last few times I’ve come in. They don’t make my drink the same and you can clearly see they don’t know what they’re doing. They aren’t nearly as friendly. Other guests around me felt the same. I ordered an appetizer that took 30 minutes and was cold. I watched my pizza sit there for over 5 minutes before one of the servers brought it to me. I might give the old shell location a shot to see if they’re any better
