Atmosphere was good and they were accommodating for our group. I got the sausage sandwich with red beans and rice as a side. The sandwich had minimal bbq sauce. Asked for more and they gave me a cup of it. Not my favorite style sauce. Vinegar/mustard based sauce that was loose. The red beans and rice was not good at all. I'm from Louisiana so when my side had large stewed tomatoes and what appeared to be chunks of mushrooms I was pretty confused. Maybe red beans and rice is different in Alabama? Either way, it wasn't a bad place, just not what I'm looking for inna bbq place.

Even though it was super busy due to Mardi Gras, my food and experience was good. I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich and had Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens. I also had my sandwich "Bama Styled" so it came with pickles, Cole Slaw and a special sauce. It was very delicious. The only complaint I had was my friend received her order about 15 minutes before I did and we placed the same order at the same time. However our waitress, Ashley rectified the issue and my food was eventually delivered.

Absolutely the best Moe's has ever been! I had been before in the past but never had this experience! Aside from the mouth watering food, the service was spot on! Evin was slammed with all the Mardi Gras paraders and had 5 tables that were never empty and turned like crazy, she was so cool and never did I need anything!!! I haven't had that kind of service in a while, I mean I've had good service but not to the value that Evin gave. Ok enough about that lovely lady. Let me point out some of the stars of the show; I usually don't partake in fried anything but I thought I'd have a couple chicken strips, wow, the flavor was incredible and they make all their sauces in house! Then the Sampler platter that Charles and I shared, holy crap!!!!! The red beans and rice was a side but omg, the best bar none!! It had mouth watering chunks of tomatoes and the best taste ever!! We didn't finish this beautiful platter but we definitely took home! As one of your sides they offer banana pudding and/or chocolate Oreo pudding so we got both, small containers and we devoured one on the spot, ok ok I devoured one! It was DELICIOUS! We live right across the street at Elevate apts so we walked to restaurant, not a bad walk for me, it got a bit hairy towards the end but I managed! 10 out of 10 guys!!!
