Visited for my Birthday but I wish I had chosen a different location. This Mugshots is the third location that I have visited. It is darker and dingier than the other two by far. Almost a sad atmosphere. The food was average, not good but not bad. The bartender seemed to be the only server so while she was super polite service was slow, again not her fault. It was overall just kind of disappointing.

Fantastic experience! We were traveling and in the mood for a good burger. After looking at various places online, we landed on Mugshots. So glad we did! Keely took amazing care of us! We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day before heading home. We even asked for Keely again! Thanks for a great visit. If you’re in the mood for a great burger, we highly recommend Mugshots! They even had sweet potato fries!!

Mgr was not accommodating to the fact they had a special on gift card purchases which the system was so called not working. We only went here bc of the GC deal. Service was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Very poor customer
The atmosphere was great. There are plenty of TVs to watch. Nice bar area. Family-friendly atmosphere. The food is great! Servers are always ready to suggest something good to eat. The host smiles, welcoming you to this restaurant. I'm so glad they reopened. I recommend the platters with nachos, chicken fingers, and egg rolls. Yummy!!

Went in Tuesday and omg. Their burgers are amazing! Me and my boyfriend are already looking forward to coming back and trying the Mac n cheese burger :D service was great, food was great, they even have some good music ? 10/10 all the way.

The best burger I have ever had ❤️? A really nice place, good service, a wide selection of burgers including my favorite that comes with grape jelly :) Just an awesome burger and fair prices. Maybe my favorite restaurant in Mobile. Keep it up!!!!Update (01/17/2022): This location just reopened recently and the food was almost as good as it was before. The fries could be battered better and be bigger. But the burgers themselves were as I remember, delicious and juicy, with fresh vegetables and great buns. The service was good though I hope they get more staff as they seemed a little overwhelmed. Overall great and still the best burgers in Mobile, imo.

Well located with plenty of parking. A large dining room provide plenty of seating choices. Great and engaging employees. Good options for food and drinks. The burgers are great. And the staff is very attentive and hospitable. A must visit while in the area $$$
