I heard it was National Pizza Day so I wanted to “celebrate” by having several slices. Navco Pizza had been mentioned to me in a conversation with a co-worker. I couldn’t believe I had never heard of it before. How many times had I passed the shopping center where it is. I’ve driven across Navco road many times not even realizing this restaurant existed. Anyway I decided to order pizza from them.Choosing what to get your first time at a place is really difficult. I usually go for a sausage pizza instead of a plain pepperoni pizza anywhere I order pizza from. I didn’t see a single topping sausage pizza I could order and I didn’t want to custom order either. Finally, I decided on the Navco Special. It had everything on it from sausage, pepperoni, beef, ham, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives. The probability that I would enjoy at least something on the pizza was high.I ordered the pizza and drove to pick it up. When I got there I only had to wait a few minutes. The person at the counter gave me updates on the progress. While waiting I noticed one person sitting down. I grabbed a Lagniappe and started flipping through the pages. As I stated earlier the wait wasn’t long at all.When I got in the car with my pizza I could smell all ingredients I named before. I was starving. When I took a bite of my first slice I realized I made a great decision. The pizza was hot and though the pizza was full of toppings they didn’t immediately fall off the slice when I bit into it. They eventually do as does with all great pizza but the cheese did a great job of sticking together. I loved all the toppings but for some reason the onions tasted the best out of all the vegetable toppings. I was not sure why the onions stood out but they did. The sausage on this pizza was some of the best I tasted on a pizza. I really enjoyed this pizza. I will definitely come back.

I've got to say, their calzone is phenomenal! Hands down the best I've had! Great portion size and even better ingredients. Customer service has always been great! Wings are good as well. I come to Mobile once every 6-8 weeks and this is a must stop for me when I'm in town.

Hands down best place around to eat I had the lasagna and it was amazing it is hard to find food like this and for the prices it’s amazing they make everything fresh and the service was incredible all so nice and even gave me a free water 10/10 will definitely be back to try everything

I just moved to this area from the North! I grew up on authentic Italian food! This is the best Italian food I have had in this area! Authentic Italian food the closest you're going to get to north!

I had enough left overs for 2 more meals. And it was delicious and don't put it on your lap because they give it to you straight from the oven (so it's HOT)! And they're chef's salad has everything except for the kitchen sink. So order soon and enjoy it!
Just a basic pizza place nothing special. It's in the hood so I didn't expect to get anything authentic as far as Italian goes. Hours of operation are hit and miss. Nice owner tho doesn't speak great

I ran into the owner of this establishment at Blankenships and he told me that the Calzone was the best thing on his menu, so I ordered one that night for dinner. It was exceptionally good. I highly recommend that you go try them out!
