The food is delicious BUT don't waste your time ordering in advance! Not ready when promised and had to wait a long time! Then they forgot who I was! But they did make it right by giving me a FREE Bunt cake..... THANKS. The small room was very clean and quiet. I just wish I had a seat while I waited. They did offer to bring it to my car. I would come back.

On his birthday my husband received a gift from our son in NC and it was delivered from this bakery. It was on time, the driver was courteous and the chocolate chocolate chip cake and decorations were delightful!The one suggestion I have is that the driver should be made aware that this is gift and the receipt that showed the cost of gift should not have been attached.Everyone enjoyed the cake!

Absolutely delicious Bundt Cupcake with the most amazing cream cheese icing! The cupcakes at this store are a sheer delight for anyone with a sweet tooth. I had such a great customer service experience here and I want to make sure ownership hears about it. I’m a first time mom and dread getting out and having to lug the heavy car seat and stroller around. Of course the associates don’t know this and even know they DIDN’T know it, they opened the main doors for me so I didn’t have to struggle and my cashier specifically helped me with a decent size order and she helped me label each Bundt cake as I had placed an order for 9 individuals. She didn’t have to do that and went the extra mile. This helped me manage the rest of my day and I appreciate her so much as well as the gentlemen that held the door open for me and my little one. I’m a business owner myself and I can tell you a team like this is hard to find. I hope they are rewarded in the best way!

We got the red velvet cake for my nephew's birthday today! It was so good! We also got assorted cupcakes, but they were gone so fast that I didn't get a picture! They were really yummy, too! Will definitely order from here again!

Showed up on Saturday 5/20/2023 to pick up my scheduled order at 10:00. Had to wait a little bit but the sweet ladies working more than made up for it. The cakes were delicious and we will be doing all of our cake orders from here now.

The franchise itself is great. The speed of service was awesome. This location is one of the worst I've been to. Unfortunately it was $27.50 for a dozen bundtini's. When I asked for two separate boxes, I was told it would be an addition charge. I gave them almost $30, just to be told one extra box would cost me even more. The energy the employees gave made for an unpleasant transaction.
