Food was barely warm, waiter didn’t seem enthusiastic about being there either. And a table across from us was left unkept for over 25 minutes…the professionalism is in the ground.

It has taken a turn for the worse. No Prime Rib, the potato soup recipe has changed and is horrible. My wife did love her salad but I won’t be back!

Food is always good staff is always friendly. We can count on O Charlie's when we aren't sure what we want or want good quality food and a nice family atmosphere for a decent price. Had to ask 4 times for a soup spoon. Club sandwich had lots of meat but dry. fried fish was soggy and tasteless.

I've lived here for 4 years and finally decided to try O'Charley's and O' was I disappointed. Took 45 minutes to get my appetizer which was meatballs on a small piece of bread, it was Luke warm and I'm pretty sure came out of a bag and the bread wasn't even toasted. Then when we finally got out entree which was the grilled chicken and pineapple bowl and a rack of ribs, the rice from the bowl I'm pretty sure came out of one of those microwave rice bags because it tasted like plastic. The Ribs were okay and so was the broccoli and smashed potatoes. The best part of the meal was the Coke and Diet Coke my wife and me ordered, those are nice clean lines at the bar. I have eaten 100 times better food at The Nexus and that's a spots bar/movie theater

Yep, it's me again... And, no, I'm not getting paid or getting any perks for leaving my reviews. I'm just somebody who appreciates good customer service in this world where there is none. It's really incredible to me how someone can take care of so many people every day and still remember my name AND what I like to drink AND what I usually order, even though it's been a couple of weeks since I've been in. Madison makes me feel like I matter and she takes awesome care of me every time I visit. She even remembers what my mother likes, even though she's only been with me once. The food is delicious, too, I can't forget to mention that! I've never had a bad meal here! Don't pay attention to those bad reviews... Come give them a chance! You won't regret it!

Tried to order online thru Google and after checking out it said that something went wrong with my card info and requested I enter another c.c. to process my order. Was too iffy for me so I called the restaurant and a nice lady inside said she would put the order in for me and bring it out to the car. I ordered from Texas Roadhouse for my Birthday Dinner and they were out of ALL dessert so I tried to order on-line with OCharlies on the way back home. I guess I should have just not gone for the Birthday Dessert..

My husband and I have always loved O’Charley’s. My friend and I went yesterday for my birthday and 1 1/2 hr later still got no food but everyone around (who came in after us) had theirs. When we talked to the manager, she said our food had been turned in 12 minutes earlier. Then the excuse started by her and the waitress. No apology by the waitress just excuses blaming everyone else. Be awhile before we go there again with that bad serviceSad part was when we got the food it was lukewarm and not that good

I DoorDashed food and the wrong food was delivered, I had the same name as another person who had a takeout order - easy mistake. I called the restaurant and the general manger delivered the food himself to my doorstep 10 minutes later and it was still warm and delicious as ever. Excellent food, excellent service!
