1st time eating here, will be last. I ordered the Alfredo with noodles, the Alfredo was thick and noodles were gummy. My husband ordered the steak, rice and green beans, said the rice was really good, steak needed a lot of improvement!

I really wanted to love this place...but,...they could not make an old fashioned." We are out of the syrup". Table not clean upon seating. It was oily bordering on sticky. And I have always tipped a minimum of 20%. This is the first time I have ever left a 10% tip and that was generous for this waitress. No smiles left condiments off and did not return for drink refills until near the end of the meal. Acted like she did not want to be there. Now the good part. My wife had the salmon and it was delicious. The grean beans were spot on and she substituted mashed potatoes for the rice and again spot on. Kibee was some of the best I have had in the US. French fries were awesome. The poboy was ok..but i should not have ordered a poboy at a mediteranian restaurant. Over all It was a decent experience just need a few small fixes and a better trained wait staff.

Good service and great food but it is very disappointing that they know add a 4% fee if you pay with card. It is 2024 and everybody does not always carry cash. Im not sure if I ever want to come again unless I have cash on me.

I ordered through doordash on a whim. The chicken Alfredo and the BBQ wings were amazing! Breadstick could use some work but I truly have no complaints! I will order again!

My wife and I went there for Sunday Brunch and were one of three tables with customers. Our experience with slow service and waiting for 30+ minutes to be served was just like other reviews here. I wish I had read them and would have avoid this experience. To add to those issues, we both had gyros and was offered 4 kinds of meat. My wife choose Lamb and when the bill arrived I was surprised there was an upcharge of $6 on top of the $16 menu price. $22 for a smallish gyro with 5-6 thin strips of meat was disgusting.

I have never received such horrible service from a restaurant man. Oh my gosh. I used to be a server and team lead. Every time I come into this establishment I sit down at a table and literally no one takes my order. I waited 20 minutes this time and watched 2 other tables receive service. Now the bartender had empathy. She is awesomeShe did her best to make sure we at least had drinks. We finally received our food and it was very good. However the restaurant was not busy and the level of service here is completely unacceptable. I used to come to Ollie's all the time and this time I will never return unfortunately. It's sad because I really enjoyed the food but the service is just unbelievable. Once they realized I was highly annoyed they tried their best to remedy the situation. However, it was too late. I understand everyone has things going on, but you can treat people this way and expect them to be happy. Thanks Ollie's for the wonderful food.
