Not sure if I should rate PE or Uber Eats but 2 hours after ordering, Uber Eats was still pushing the time. I ended up just canceling my order after my visiting company got irritable and hungry. It was a disaster.

Usually come here about once a month when I get a craving for their Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The macros for a plate of it and white rice cannot be beat. It's also very reasonable as the meal is less than $10. Employees are always very friendly, greeting me when I walk in, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty!

Frustrating. Google hours say they open at 10:30 am, but the people who work here say they don't open til 11. ?November 2023The vegetables are dry crunchy and extremely salty. Every bite of kale greens and broccoli was a mouthful of salt. New chef doesn't know how to cook the vegetables.

The food was fresh, hot, tender and juicy. What needed to be crisp was CRISPY and what needed to have sauce was SAUCY. I didn't mind the wait because 1. There were only 3 people working (and it was a constant flow) and I was told there were a few other orders ahead of mine so no biggie at all and 2. Me waiting meant my food was going to be HOT. Everything was pleasant and the young man even offered me a drink while I waited. This was an awesome visit and I'll be back.

Four of us went inside and started our order. The girl behind the counter looked like she didn't want to be there. When she rang us up, she added another person's order to ours. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food, while we watched other people ordering, getting their food right away. I will not go back. I got sick from the food.
Horrible customer service by their team lead on an item they forgot to give me. She slammed the window in my face and refused to call her manager, who had already authorized the replacement. Super rude girl. Acting as if I stole something from them. I would never go to this location as long as I live. I own several businesses and this was just Horrible.

Why even 1 star, food was terrible. Black pepper chicken was full of celery and onion, and a couple pieces of chicken. Chicken was overcooked. Super greens was 99% cabbage and 1 piece of kale. Never again!

My daughter and I normally love Panda Express. However, tonight we placed an order to go. When she went to pick it up, the lights were off at 7 pm and it was empty inside. Though I’d received a text that my food was ready, the staff hadn’t even started to prepare it. They were out of white rice, and they gave me brown rice instead of fried rice. So maybe they were out of both??? Definitely disappointing.

Stopped by here on Schillinger for lunch with my daughter. First time, and I have to say it was good. Had Brocolli and steak with Mushroom and Chicken over noodles. Portions were huge and very good.
