My family has been picking up food from here for about 6 years. I've picked up food many times to take to my husband and his coworkers at a local FD. Over all those years we have never had anything but really good experiences there, up until last night. When my husband was already half way through eating the beef & veggies he ordered, he took another bite and immediately spit the food out and said he bit something hard and cracked his tooth. He looked through to see what he had bit down on and it was a silver BB or possibly a small pachinko ball. I went up to the restaurant to speak to someone in person about it. I wasn't expecting anything other than to make them aware of the problem and at the very least they could have gave a sincere apology and for them to care that it happened. There was none of that. The guy I spoke to just kept saying, "it looks like a bb. I don't know how that could have happened". How it happened was beside the point, the fact was that it did happen. He wanted me to give him the ziplock bag containing the BB but I wouldn't. I was even considerate of them and their business enough to try to be as discreet as possible while trying to address the issue. It could have just as easily been or kid that could have swallowed it or cracked a tooth, It could have been some other object, it could have happened to anyone else that went there to pick up food. It just happened to happen to my family. It's the fact that it was brushed off and treated as if it's no big deal. That and that alone is the reason for the review. You can take it all with a grain of salt, that's your choice, but this was our experience and it was just disappointing to be treated as if they couldn't care less after all the years of us going there with no issues and great service.

Folks, as I've mentioned before- I lived in NYC for several years and Chinese take out was standard fare at my house. At long last I have found a solution right here in Mobile. Panda Haven ? is out of sight fantastic and if you add in Door Dash - you're in fine shape! ? KUDOS to their garlic sauce ?.
Ordered the orange chicken and it was delicious. I added veggies to my fried rice but they were hard like freezer burnt

I live in Dallas TX and I was visiting my family for New years and craving some good Chinese food. My sister in law suggested this place, and boy, she was right. This place is great. I ordered shrimp fried rice. The shrimps were a good size and delicious. Rice was full of veggies and flavor. My husband had pork fried rice and loved it. One thing I can say is that you know it's pork, some places you order pork, and it looks like chicken . The pieces are all stringy, but this place had plumb pieces that were juicy. My daughter had the orange chicken. The chicken was tender. They also gave us plenty of soy sauce, and a big sweet and sour container places in Dallas are skimpy with their sauces. We all shared crab Rangoon, which was lightly fried and full of cream tasted like heaven. This will be my go-to place when we come into town. Excellent food. They gave you enough to share and still have leftovers.

the food is great!! and panda heaven went above and beyond to deliver a few missing items that the uber delivery driver stole. great customer service we really appreciated that. best Chinese restaurant in mobile!!!!

The food has gone down hill and the quality is ver low. Sloppy at presentation these days and recently the beef broccoli had small weird pieces that looked like worms. I think we will find a new spot as it's the past 3 times -- soup no taste or to salty. Things not on point

This is the typical fast food Chinese takeout. The food is good never disappointing and I keep going back. If it were a decent sit down restaurant I would eat in on occasion. It's a good choice for Chinese fast food

Please taste your food!! The Hot and sour soup and wonton soup was so Salty we could not eat it. The fried rice was also on the salty side. Lo mein too salty. Chicken wings too salty. Is this a joke? Did someone sabotage the chef? We paid $60 for food and all inedible but the cheese wontons. Where is the good Chinese food in Mobile?
