First time going to this location, I called in my order and the customer service representative did a great job, the timing on the pizza was good also about a 15-20 min wait . When I opened the box the pizza looked great. It was when you was about to take a bite off the pizza is when I noticed that’s the sauce was so wet it made the bread soggy on the pizza. It was also so much cheese on there. I ordered the stuff crust pizza . I just end up putting it in the oven a little longer to make it a little harder to my liking it was pretty good after that.

Pizza is good but very cold. Every time I order it takes almost 2hrs just to receive my order. I called the store this previous time to check on where my order was & the person answering the phone had an attitude & said my pizza was on the way! I will never order from this Papa John’s again! Customer service has gone down hill. I rather go further to pick my pizza up.
I don't agree with their opinions on key issues Before I found out about Papa John's and their view of brown people I used to love their ? not anymore ?

Bread sticks are burnt, not even edible. Sauce was already open before we got it. Pretty upset with how the food came. It's usually better than this. Definitely not worth how much we paid

I call papa John’s pizza local in my area I order the Parmesan pizza and 2 liter Pepsi. When the delivery driver arrived he had only my pizza not my 2 liter Pepsi. The driver told me he was going back get my drink. So I waited about 20 to 25 minutes he haven’t came back and the pizza is getting cold. So I call the papa John pizza the manager on duty answer and I told him about my drink he said the driver on his way do I waited 30 minutes more. When he arrived with my drink and my pizza was cold and hard due to waiting on a 2 liter. I ask the manager for corporate or district manager number. He refused to give me the info so I look up the info my self.

My wife placed an order at 4:01 pm, 04/07/2023, and was supposed to be delivered 35 minutes later, but was not received until just after 5:10 pm, and the pizza was COLD.When I called the store and spoke with the manager (David), he initially refused to identify himself until I insisted, then proceeded to deal with my complaint with a very poor verbal attituded (negative, dismissive and thuggish tone of voice). I asked for a refund of the tip since the pizza was very late and cold, which he said he was doing, but again, had thuggish, ex-con like interpersonal skills over the telephone so this will be the LAST time I order anything from this store since I will not pay to deal with poor service then also have to deal with thuggish managers too.
