Papa John's has been our go to pizza place for years. Tonight we ordered the family special from the app. Delivery driver shows up with the wrong items. Tells us he needs to make it right. Not once did we receive a call that our order was being remade and sent out. No offer of a discount or gift card - neither of which was expected. I called the store, a very nice young lady answered the phone and explained that our order was out for delivery. I asked was there any discount or anything for their error, she told me she would have to ask the manager and she came back with no mam we made a new order and it's on the way. I then asked to speak to the manager - Marshall. I asked him the same questions- he proceeded to tell me that the store was busy and that he is the only person that can handle the dough. I do not care about the workings of the store. I told him that he could have taken a moment and called with an apology. he proceeded to tell me that he has labor numbers he has to meet - again I do not care. It is just poor customer service to not make a quick phone callor text to apologize for a mistake made and let the customer know the status of their order. The worst part is that he did not care if he lost a customer. I can not emphasize how disappointed I am with the level of customer service from this manager

This is a terrible parking lot, be advised if you are special needs. But they will carry out to your car and of course they deliver.

My initial review was not correct because now I have received an email telling me my charge was $23. My charge was $25.83 plus the tip I gave of my own free will. Driver was great pizza was stone cold According to their own tracker the pizza sat for 35 minutes at the store and took 35 minutes to get to our house we live 10 minutes by lights traic from the store. Don't email me with lies on charges not good business so ai have removed my original review and disappointed in Papa John's.

"Attention" Place is kind of a dump. Mold on the ceiling tiles. Cooler has mold growing in it next to the food used for the customer. Nasty!

The pizza was very bland. It didn’t have much sauce and the toppings taste like paper. I was very dissatisfied and when I called back. Speak with the manager, the only explanation he couldci r is that he followed the recipe. His customer satisfaction strategy as horrible and the pizza was cold. He did not care and did not try to work things out. I would not recommend that anyone eat there! They get 10 thumbs down!!!!

I was disappointed that the person making my pizza was not wearing gloves. I asked about it and he said it wasn't necessary to wear gloves when handling pre cooked items. I've never heard of that. Put some gloves on when handling people's food!!

Not so the branch itself but more so the delivery driver Randy. He’s rude and incompetent. If he’s delivering your order be prepared for the rudeness.
