We ordered some wings, a side a cheese sticks, and a 2 liter for delivery. We ordered it at 7:38; it said it’d arrived in about 35 minutes. It did not arrive until AFTER 9. It was barely warm. AND they forgot our drink. The delivery driver said he’d be right back with it. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called to check on it. The “manager” informed me that the delivery driver still had to make some other deliveries before dropping off the drink. The manager offered no solutions to help fix this issue. I am currently STILL waiting on a 2 liter. (It’s 9:40, I ordered it at 7:30)

Just ordered some pizza for delivery spent 50 dollars on food and 12 dollar tip for driver. I tried to request plates and cups in the other info box but did not have room after explaining where my apartment is so I called the store and they said I have to do that when I place my order so I said okay and hung up I then called again and asked them to please update my order to include plates and cups and they said they would. Well pizza arrives and no cups or plates also missing an extra ranch dip for my wings and some cheese sauce for my breadsticks not a huge deal but pretty annoying and customer service received from employee in store was sub par. However the driver forgot my 2 liter and said it was in the car and she promptly got from her car and was apologetic for the plates and cups. I expected more from them I can see not getting cups and plates since I called them in and as stupid as extra sauce is its the principal

I order my pizza and i look to the side they have no gloves on. Very unprofessional customer service. Making separate pizzas but i haven’t seen anybody with gloves or washed their hands after touching the cash register or opening the refrigerator. Cooperate needs to do their job and shut it down asap covid still going on !!

Only gave one star bc u have to.I ordered pizza from this location last night and I ordered it at 8:15 and by 9:00 I was calling no one could find my order. They refused to refund me even tho I never got my pizza! They resent it out and by 10:20 I called back bc yet again I got no pizza and they was closed I called papa John’s customer center and they said they have had a lot of complaints about this location.If that’s so why hasn’t nothing got done about the staff!They want $14 hr but can’t get my pizza to me or give me a refund bc I didn’t get it and they delivered it to another person! I know this is a civil matter and $80 and $10 tip isn’t enough to take to court but I’ll do everything to make sure people know the woman who works here at night pockets your money and than blames other co workers! Shame on this location!
