today we pulled up to the drive thru, the worked asked “how may I help you today,” we said our order and she went completely silent and ignored everything we said. we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and nothing was said back to us despite us saying “hello.” the place was empty inside also, so its not like they were busy. we ended up just leaving.

Worse restaurant around!!!! Food was under cooked, and thrown together. They forgot sauces, drink, sides. No one cares about their job. Took 20mins for a $15 popcorn shrimp, (under cooked. )Took another 20mins for refund, with a bad attitude!! Store needs to be re-staffed or closed down!!! I will be contacting BBB, and The Health Department. Dangerous food conditions!!

Went to Popeyes on Springhill Avenue because they have the best fresh chicken, but found a large bug in our coleslaw. Called to talk to manager, but the manager said that the day shift manager had already left. I could not believe no one noticed this Big Bug when dipping up scoops for bowls. This made the whole lunch disgusting ? also made me want to barf ? I will never eat another piece food nor beverage from there again. Not coleslaw but Bugslaw?).

Waited 45 minutes in drive thru and had to send order back 3 times because they kept bringing us the wrong order. How hard is it to package up 5 tenders, 8 chicken nuggets and 1 chicken sandwich. The inside was not even busy! Pitiful, will never visit again!

This Popeyes says it closes at 11 however I got there around 950 and this location was completely closed although there were employees still there. I was also able to place an online order for the location even though it was close. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. This used to be the one i would go to after i got off of work but now I will have to find a different location.

Whoever the employees who worked the night of 1/22/24. They are extremely rude. We walked in and they told us it was drive thru only but the doors was unlocked. She also waited on the customer behind us. So it seems they wait on whoever they want. So one employee was said they didn't have anyone to work the front counter but keep in mind the doors are not locked to the public. They are the worst.

This Popeyes at this location isn't very accommodating at all...I couldn't get an Arnold Palmer here because I was told they didn't know how to charge to use the real lemonade instead of the minute maid..That was strange because I can go to the one at Tillman Corner and get one with no problem. If they figure that out I would be more than happy to give a better rating...Until then..Smh

The person taking your order never friendly. Speaking facts and truth 2 maybe 3 times a week for a whole month or longer each time chicken never seasoned tenders be so old and hard. They pull you up to wait 5,10 minutes for old cold food. They never answer the phone my order be 2 blackened chicken sandwich and a tender meal side macaroni each time food for thought ??
