We stop to get food to take home, I went in to the restroom first! The place was so dirty, with trash everywhere. I was trying to read the menu board & it was not working.A young lady came to the register to ask me what I needed. She had three or four nose rings which really turned me off about eating there. I decided against ordering & as we where leaving I noticed that the parking are had trash strewn around it. I am sorry but that place needs better management!

Ordered 3 piece meal white spicy and 3 piece meal dark mild I paid 27$ and received a 2 piece for both and chicken pieces were very small I took my order back and asked for the manager and he fixed the order but with a 4 piece dark meat and 2 piece white I will never waste my money going there again!

I’m visiting my 89 year old mother who lives in DuPont and she had a craving for fried chicken. So off to Popeyes Tillicum! We ordered the Signature Chicken Wings.The manager on duty “Al” and a nice young lady told us fresh chicken was only a few minutes away if wanted to wait. Of course we said YES!After a if minutes the nice young lady brought us fresh hot Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Chicken!Thanks for the service and delicious chicken!!

Great little restaurant with a Louisiana flavor. I usually get the spicy chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. The biscuits are some of the best I've had. Sweet tea is really sweet and the service is pretty fast. They have a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside. You can also order on their app.
This Popeyes always takes a long time to make the orders and it makes you move forward or to a parking spot to wait for it. They are not bad people and the food is tasty but it always makes for a long wait and having their worker leave the premises to give you your food, which feels very unsafe.
The customer service was terrible, the cashier did not look at us and did not understand our order, very bad service

I’m only giving this place one star because the mashed potatoes were nice and hot. My mom and I were standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. The employees looked at us and kept doing other things before acknowledging us. When the employee finally acknowledged us, she was slightly rude. Our order was also incorrect. We both ordered a two piece combo: I asked for spicy wings which I didn’t get and my mom asked for mild dark meat which she also didn’t get. Should’ve just gone to McDonald’s instead. All in all the service was not good at all, and we will not be back.

I just got a 12 piece sweet and spicy wings through a drive thru. When I got home and I opened it there was only 2 flats and very little sauce.
Needless to went and got chicken and waited at the counter 10 min as employees walked around as if I was invisible. And when they did acknowledge that I was a paying customer and wanted to order the young lady who took my order, it was rude that the appearance of the store was very nasty. Had management on the phone as well as the employees when asked for condiments was serviced with a nasty attitude.

This place needs better improvement My experience Was on Tues Dec 5 2023 and we ordered some ghost wings the Employee took the order we paid of course Debit card and After the employer took the payment Other employees told the cashier rep . That wasn't no Wings that was thawed out we ask for refund and manager couldn't or even knoe how to refund the Funds back onto the Card, The manager got frustrated with the situation, forgetting other Coustomer orders,, that have place haven to ask what was there order over and over and over than started to get Upset at the Coustomer,, it may not be the restaurant that needs improvement, but The Head owners of The restaurant in my opinion really need to Hire more Profesional Employers if not Sooner than later They will Be close down as well as just Checkers restaurant that was closed down afew yrs ago that' was located rite Next beside Them
