We are visiting, and we're originally from New york. It is very difficult find good authentic italian food. Lemme tell you, this place is the real deal, real authentic sicilian sauce, meatballs etc. And the canolies were incredible, as well as the italian creme cake. If you make it to mobile Alabama, you HAVE to get to this place!!! 5 stars was not enough, 15 out of 5 from me!!! Im coming here every time we visit our son!!!! ??
I ordered a shrimp salad with balsamic dressing for lunch. The salad was great, good quality veggies, and the grilled shrimp were cooked to perfection. The staff was also very warm and welcoming. I think I just found another lunch spot.

First time dinning here and I must say that my wife and I were delighted with our dinner selections. I had the baked zitti and I added Italian sausage ? my wife had the seafood manicotti and loved it. The service was very good. Stephanie was our server we were so delighted with our dinning experience that we went to an ATM just to get a little extra cash for the tip ?

This place really surprised me. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food was actually good. And the service was as well. I look forward to trying them again!

Well, first of all my wife and I have been going to Roma Cafe since it opened. It's the best in Mobile, until 3/7. My wife ordered takeout for my birthday and sadly it went in the trash. Chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan both were covered in alfredo sauce without a drop of marinara. I've never seen that from Roma's and we surely wouldn't have ordered it. Unfortunately, it was also swimming in oil which is very unusual for this place. The young lady that took the call also told my wife that the dinners come with fries, which she knew was incorrect. We hope that it was just an off night and not a glimpse of things to come.

We're new to the area, & this is arguably one of our favorite new restaurants! They have amazing food! The bread & Alfredo paired with a glass of red wine is stellar. The entrees are big enough to split, if that's your thing. Service is great. And the ambiance is cozy & quaint.
The food is amazing. I have purchased for catered events as often as just family meals from Roma. The service is good and now it's even better since we can get some amazing wines there too.

The food was fresh and affordable. The service was excellent even though they were super busy. The atmosphere is a bit noisy as it's a small space, but it feels like you're in a real Italians kitchen with food, friends, and family....My kids hate everything, but they loved this place.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the pizza and spaghetti, plus it's affordable enough to get desserts, too.

He was a good listener and got the orders correctly without having to repeat it.The atmosphere: it was a little crowded. While visiting Mobile AL, Roma's Cafe was recommended by a friend for some good Italian food. I must say I really enjoyed this restaurant. Everything was piping hot and fresh. The food was tasty and very well seasoned. I enjoyed the fresh herbs that were in the pasta dishes. They also have house-made salad dressings. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the food and the service we received. I recommend this restaurant for good, fresh, delicious Italian food. I'll be back for sure!Also, there are huge portions and good prices!
