The absolute BEST customer service!!! I picked up my 3 tiered cake on Friday before closing, and unfortunately, it fell during transportation, and our event was the next day. I was losing my mind because I couldn't fix it! I called them as soon as they opened Saturday morning, and they replaced the cake with 2 cakes and some cupcakes and even decorated them to match my event's theme to where no one even noticed that the replacement cakes weren't the original cake that I ordered!...read full review
Simply Sweet is a small bakery focusing on cupcakes and custom order cakes. Their cupcakes are outstanding. If you're on a diet do not visit. You are guaranteed to walk out with a multitude of cupcakes to sample. Their custom cakes are phenomenal. I used them for my retirement cake and when I picked it up I was blown away with the details. Everything looks incredibly. The establishment is super cute inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cakes are just gorgeous. They leave a bit to be desired regarding taste though. The cake, cupcakes and cookies I've tried were all gorgeous yet a bit bland.
