Went through the drive thru and got 2 Phillies with the works. They were delicious! Customer service was good. Did think it was on the expense side. Spent $40 on 2 large sandwiches and a soda.

I think y'all mite be doing the best you can or you just got kinda comfortable with drive-thru....and don't get me wrong I love your food but you KILLING me with the 30 and 40+min wait outside sometime....just my thought....is inside going to open again at all ? The Eightmile stores grill is seasoned better....but they close at 4:00 I'm not even off yet ?

I am DISGUSTED of their customer service! They have ALWAYS been unprofessional! I pulled up at 4 to get food when they close at SIX and he literally refused my service and told me no. Before that they purposely kept sending their phone to voicemail! Do not give these people any money!!

The service was Worse than the food. I will NEVER eat at this location EVER AGAIN! I spent almost $50.00 on 2 large philly cheesesteak subs that ended up having Mustard and Pickles on them Ewww ..But when I brought the sandwiches back explaining someone must have made a mistake. The employee told me it's not his problem and slammed the drive-thru window shut.

The owner was very rude! The web page say they close at 6:30. I pull up at at 3:34 they turn the close light off. I pay it no attention bc they served 6 cars before me. I pull up and very rudly he says I'm closed slam the window!! I tap on it he come back and say I'm closed deal with it.

I ordered #10 asked for ex lett. and TomWith oil n vinegar on the side I didn't get either...called back They didn't offer a remake or a refund...Service suck.....

Worker is horrible! Attitude is horrible! No customer service skills at all and he act like customers getting on his nerves poor business will never go again and he also acts racist!
Always greeted by a friendly caring staff rather you dine in or go thru the drive thru! Absolutely hands down one of the best Philly Cheese steak/chicken sandwiches I've ever had! ? 10/10 definitely recommend!

Horrible customer service! The guy in the window is rude and looks psycho when there is a problem on a mistake he knowingly made bc he said “I’m getting all messed up with your order bc you made me laugh!” I gave the sandwich to the person who ordered it (a child who placed it herself in drive-thru) and she said everything I asked not to be on the sandwich is on here. I tried to go in but locked and the phone was apparently off the hook. I get back in line for 10 mins or so just to have it remade and I was told by him to read the sign and all sales are final. I asked what does that mean and he said it means it’s yours and you can do whatever you want with it and to have a nice day! Wow! Although he repeated the order several times and it was still made wrong, we have to eat it or assume responsibility! Ha! Never again! No one will make food for me to eat that is that rude and inconsiderate. No thanks!

It says they close at 6:30 but we pulled up at 6pm sat in line just for the employee to bring a cone out and put it in front of us to tell us they are closed smh first time ever coming to try them won’t be back the lady in front of us was even confused herself because he cut us off
