My absolute favorite subway location. Always super quick, accurate on ingredients, as well as friendly. They don't cut your short on ingredients or forget to toast a subway, etc. Highly recommend this location. They also have a drivethru!

I guess you have to clarify to cut your wrap and if they’re cutting your vegetables to ask them to either NOT too or use another knife and PLEASE stop using the water that’s at the station that’s disgusting, a person such as myself doesn’t eat meat and or have a food allergy to certain foods.Vegetarian options: Be sure to ask for a clean knife especially if they’re cutting your vegetables, I say that bc I went to the one in Theodore and ONLY thing I tasted was tuna and I don’t eat meat PERIOD.

OWNER SUE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Avoid any franchise that she owns!!! Workers made my orders incorrect and instead of trying to fix the issue, she tried to avoid me, was EXTREMELY RUDE, REFUSED TO replace Sandwiches and accused me of lying!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!! AVOID ANY LOCATION SHE OWNS

I hate when you ask for extra condiments and they slop it on. It makes the sandwich super sloppy and not edible. I won't hesitate to let you know about it either. However the manager made it right. She redid my order without an issue. Thank you Ms. Heather.

Stopped in to pickup for a customer (I used to DOORDASH), Tall dude says confirm pickup. Let me check the order. NO CONFIRM PICKUP FIRST. I explain that I confirm order list first then confirm on the app. NO CONFIRM IF YOU WANT IT. Mgr is sitting in seat at a table "just let him check it" He does, I confirm on app. I call customer service and inform them I will accept them cancel on arrival. FIX THIS.SERVICE SUCKS.
