This is the hidden diamond of a cafe! Tucked away in the back of Virginia's Health Food, it's about a 10~15 seat restaurant that serves only whole foods. As I browsed the menu, my mouth was watering and I couldn't makeup my mind. I wanted everything at once. I was greeted by a smiling hostess who was so chill. I ordered 2 main dishes to go. The wait is rather long but healthy food is worth it. Completely flavorful and fresh. It was the perfect way to end my workout next door at PF.

Unusual spot, located at the back of a health foods store. They have all sorts of wraps, bowls, stir fries, and other items. Lots of veggie and vegan options. My wife & I each got a wrap -- Jerk Wrap with Tempeh, and a Thai Wrap with Tofu -- which each came with a choice of two sides ($15 for each wrap and sides). Between the two of us, we got some hummus, baba ganoush, a soup, and a broccoli pasta salad. Everything came out in about 15 minutes. Both wraps were very tasty. The soup was really solid, but the other sides were kinda meh. Super friendly and hospitable service. Definitely a recommendable stop.

I went in for lunch / the chicken salad sandwich was delicious. Had a side salad beautifully done and the Lime dressing was delicious. It's an honest to goodness health food store with an amazing little cafe. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I got the Thai wrap, I paid 20 dollars after tax, the wrap was incredibly small, it was falling apart, and the chicken was extremely dry. The sides (chips and salsa/tabouleh) were fine, however small portions. I got exactly 5 tortilla chips. Highly disappointed.

We went for breakfast and were amazingly surprised by their menu. The tofurkey wrap was delicious and filling .It comes with two sides , we got red pepper hummus with pita and mushroom pasta. Throughly enjoyed our meal. Our server was polite and very attentive . I would recommend offering more options for beverages especially coffee. Would recommend to try this place if you are in Mobile or traveling through.

The BEST Caesar salad you’ll ever have. I would buy a gallon of the dressing if I could. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu but my coworkers and I order from here frequently and we all love it

Wonderful experience again at this darling cafe inside a health store. Had to get my order to go today, and it was just absolutely delicious. It's such a light crisp meal that doesn't make you feel heavy and weighed down. The chicken wrap and hummus are just outstanding. Wonderful flavors that compliment each other. Wasn't able to eat the whole meal. I'll eat the rest for dinner. Great service and great little gem of a place too. The site says they're closed on Sundays, but they're not. So check them out if you can
