The food is fantastic! We chose to sit outside on the deck. The weather was perfect. Our server was attentive. We had a wonderful evening.

One of our favorite restaurants in Mobile. Food is amazing. Service is always top notch too. Cute little house turned into a quaint little Italian getaway. Perfect for romantic intimate anniversary or birthday celebration. ( I don't recommend for large parties because it's such a small space )

My favorite restaurant in Mobile. The food is beyond amazing. The venue is small and intimate and the best place for a special celebration with friends. Always call for reservations to assure you can get a table!

Very good quality: fresh ingredients and authentic taste. Gnocchi is my fave! Huge portions and great service.

My favorite thing about this place is the place itself, such a cozy romantic atmosphere rather than a big, loud chain restaurant. The food was an absolute hands down 10/10 and drinks were just as good. My new favorite place.

Via Emilia always delights. Have been going there for 30 years. It's amazing what Chatman can do in that small kitchen. I've had everything on the menu but the eggplant is my fave and the shrimp crepes for brunch are out of this world.

Upon making reservations for dinner my husband was told there is only patio seating available and there was a heater out there to make it comfortable. It was 53 degrees and breezy. Upon arriving and being seated we discovered that the vinyl tent wall panels were not connected to each other leaving several inches of open space between them and one heater was broken. It was bitter cold. After 10- 15 minutes before the waitress approached, at that point requested bread but was told she would have to check because they were running low. Another 10 -15 minutes passed without her return. In the meantime, we noticed two other tables being seated and receiving bread. My husband went inside and again requested bread after about ten more minutes it arrived. Soon after I went inside to use the bathroom and noticed two empty tables. I asked if they were reserved and if not could we move inside? One was available and she moved us inside. I have to say even being inside the building it was still chilly due to the door remaining open. We waited approximately 30 more minutes for our food to arrive. The food was very good. I’m disappointed that our experience wasn’t a higher priority and not just the food. Replacing/repairing the patio heater should have been a priority before sitting guests out there. We do plan to return but not until spring/summer.

Way too loud, way to crowed. They shoved like 30 people into what should be a single family dinning room. It’s loud, really loud. And do not bring kids, there’s no kids menu and not kid friendly whatsoever. Smells amazing but ruined what was supposed to be my celebration dinner. Make sure if you do go that you have a reservation, and noise doesnt give you headaches. They have more wine than food and the wine is way overpriced.

My wife planned a nice romantic night for my birthday. We were very excited to try this local restaurant for the first time so the reservations were made and we made our way there.Right off the bat, you are met with a very compact, full parking lot. You either have to park across the street or at the neighboring businesses. We park, make our way to the entrance and loved the outdoor pond. We walk in through the door and are met by a host and asks for our names. They proceed to point and say “that is your table over there.” We are a bit thrown off as this is supposed to be a “higher end” style establishment. We walk over, sit down and proceed to wait 15 minutes before someone acknowledges us. Keep in mind, this place is small. Like I can almost touch every person in there kind of small so the waitress/waiter is walking right by you. There are no menus except for the hard to read chalk on the wall (another odd thing for a higher end” establishment. Good luck if you can’t see very far.)You have to pay for salad ($8.50) and bread ($4.00) as it is not included with your meal. You also have to pay an additional $4.00 for olive oil for the bread… $8.00 for bread and oil… what? They were out of ribeyes so we settled for the Four Cheese Tortellini Alfredo. We ordered at 6 and did not get our food until 7:10. I’m just trying to comprehend how it takes an 1 hour and 10 minutes for pasta and chicken and there are only 10 people in the place. The Alfredo sauce was pretty good but the chicken was dry and odd tasting. I love giving local restaurants business but this experience was not worth $60 for two water and two small meals. This place seems to have potential but needs a serious overhaul before having the right to charge what they charge.

We have looked forward to trying this place for a long time and were quite disappointed. I made reservations for my husbands birthday dinner and was excited to enjoy a romantic meal together. The entire atmosphere of this place is off, from the servers, to the decor, to the cleanliness. When we arrived our server looked at us while pointing and said “there’s your table”. We seated ourselves and waited for quite some time without menus. We were unaware they do not use traditional menus, as our server had not been over to check on or inform us of this. We waited over an hour to receive our food. Once the food arrived, the tiny portion sizes are extremely noticeable. $30-50 for a meal should include a salad, bread, or at-least an appropriate portion size. But no… bread is $4, and olive oil for the bread is an additional $4. The prices are entirely too high for the quality and portion sizes of the meals. Not to mention, they practically throw the container of paprika on top of the food, making it even more unenjoyable. Needless to say, we will not be back. ?P.S.Don’t plan on leaving with a full belly. ?

Food, service and ambiance are all spot on! Roasted artichokes are my favorite! Sometimes we go and that's all we will get with a glass of wine. Nice wine selection as well.

This place used to be amazing. The food quality has dipped. I ordered the shrimp and scallop Genoese. It was full of oil and had hardly any lemon notes at all. The scallops were severely over cooked. My spouse got the filet which they butterflied to cook it "faster". For what we paid, it was not quality experience. Our waiter was amazing and kind and attentive and he was even in the weeds. Disappointed about the food. It seems they are seating too quickly and too many to produce the cuisine they once were known for.
