Service was terrible!!! Emily wasn’t friendly. Had to ask 2/3 x for entrees & drinks. Never asked did we need refills. Had to find her to get anything from her. Emily shouldn’t be a waitress AT ALL she was horrible… Had to send my plate back because it was cold & they brought back the same plate warmed like really REFIX it please not microwave it. I will not return & we still tipped her $100 because apparently she needs etiquette classes & IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE smh I’m really sad about it

We arrived at 4pm Sunday afternoon with 10 people, and were told that there was a 25 minute wait due to a 20 person party being inside. We waited outside, and at 4:30 went inside to check on our status. The restaurant was mostly empty at this time. We were told by the hostess that she didn't know when we'd be seated and that she needed to go check with someone else. She returned shortly and could not give us an update on when we'd be seated. At this point we left to go elsewhere, as we didn't want to continue waiting with for an unspecified amount of time when the restaurant was not even half full.

This place is a disgrace to sports bars. The roof leaked on my nephew we had to move seats ourselves and after telling them this they continued seating people at that table. Our food came out cold and missing items then took longer to fix items as well as management and the service was unprofessional and absolutely terrible service. They slandered their own establishment and employees to us complete strangers. I would not eat here only plus is the beer so cold so I would suggest sitting at the bar.
Our server Megan was amazing giving our small table attention despite having to deal with two larger tables at the same time…5 star experience across the board!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered online it was $70 that’s normal for what we go normally. They called saying they fry everything in the same grease and with having a seafood allergy for them to at least call and tell me i love that. We changed 2 things and told them to figure one item since i couldn’t eat it. Not even 2 minutes later my fiance gets there they were having a hard time finding it. Even that was fine. But to get so hyped up from the menu and for him to get home and 1. My burger to be so burnt and hard was disappointing. His alligator bites were all breading. He has tons of smushed tomato on his which I asked to be taken off. The fries were so salty and hard it was awful. And I have no clue what was in the load mashed potatoes. He said it was bacon but it was clearly purple and cold. Wouldn’t spend a dime here again.
We had an awesome experience today with Jordan. She was so attentive and exceeded all our needs. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated team member. Her enthusiasm and service was unmatched. The food was awesome as well!
