Whoever is on the headset at 12pm most of the time, it's very annoying how they assume the customer only has one order. I said what I wanted then she goes "alright $12" I still had another order first of all, and secondly she does this every single time..

Is reading and comprehension not a requirement to work the drive through? I asked for honey mustard and got the nasty BBQ sauce. Where is the ketchup for my fries?! The cooks did a good job on my sandwich. So at least your entire establishment isn’t made of incompetent people.

Rudest employees.. they forgot our queso fries and when we come back through the line the manager hands them to us as we get to the window and says here even though you already have another one when we never received our fries! You better recheck yourself before you wreck yourself
