I was missing 2 sauces and instead of the lady just handing it to me and apologizing, she gave me an attitude and questioned me if I checked and said it was in the bag… I don’t mind paying extras but I’m not paying for sauces that I already paid when I order the first time. The lady sighed out of annoyance out loud at me. She reacted as if I tried getting “free” sauces. Do I need to bring the whole bag and receipt up there from Dine to show her that she’s in the wrong? She already forgot to give my mother her large cup, so it’s not a surprise that she also forgot the other sauces. I’m giving this 2 stars because the food wasn't bad.Also, I believe her name is Verdene the old black lady at the register. The sauces weren’t the issue anymore it was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Miss Verdene needs to do better or be replaced. ❤️

Decided to do an online order right in the parking lot to insure my food was not cold, it was still not fresh. The person at the window slung the bag at me the moment I rolled down my window. She also got an attitude about forgetting my drink when I asked for it. I came inside about it (after she told me to) only to be given cold food again.
