Love zaxby's and all, but here lately, every time I come to this location, I get sick afterward, and the wife says the same thing. Hope this changes in the future. Cause I like zaxby's and would hate to be put off from it.

Service was friendly and food was served quickly and hot.Wife had the Zax snack meal she enjoyed it. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, was ok, needed more buffalo sauce. So if order it and like a lot of buffalo sauce you will need to order a side order. Soft drinks dispensed from of the led screen machines, I am not of fan of them. I always select my drink let it run a second before filling my cup.

Purchased a zensational salad at drive thru. It used to be delicious Now it is $12 and really not edible. Everything was brown, soggy and it looked completely different. The chicken was overcooked. The egg roll was a whole different product than in the past. Thick breaded and

I placed a curbside pickup and it was never brought to me . I went inside and waited about 5 min in line before somebody was able to assist me. I told them my name and the food was right behind him on the meal completed line. I got my food and headed to work . I opened my box of food and the tenders were cold , the fries cold , bread cold and hard. Everything tasted old and nasty. The food at Zaxbys is pricey so I expect better .

What used to cost $14 and change for 2 people to eat, just 2 years ago, is now over $20. But that's not the sad part. The sad part is that the quality of food and service have both significantly declined. The chicken is anorexic and the fries are bottom of the bag pieces. WingFingers, about a mile up the road, has much better food and infinitely better service. Go anywhere else but here.
My favorite thing on the Me u from here has been discontinued and anytime I'm in ATL, I go to Zaxby's. I eat a Blackened Cobb Chicken Salad. Now, I get the Big Zack Snak but, if I get opportunity to get a Blackened salad, I'm in heaven with a portion left for tomorrow. I DO Recommend. Chicken strps and fries and good as well. Salad tho...slammin'!!?

Awful. And they don't really care haha. The most they'll do about it is ask you to go to their website and file a complaint which either gets you or a free meal or someone saying "oh well?♂️"No incentive to fix issues

Drive thru and ordered 2 grilled Cobb salads. When I got home and opened them up, one had no chicken and both had wilted lettuce. I have ordered the same thing several times, the price goes up and the quality goes down. Time to go somewhere else.

I went through the establishment last week and ordered a number one. When I got home and opened my bag it had a chicken sandwich with no fries. So I called the restaurant and they told me on my next visit they would replace my order. So yesterday I went to get my lunch and the general manager told me because her staff that messed up my order and again didn’t write my name down that she would not replace my order. Wow!!! A 3 piece chicken tender meal just lost them a customer. I’m so sorry if someone goes there and they mess up their order. Poor poor service

Best salads around! They are always so fresh, great toppings and the light vinaigrette is delish! I get the house salad with grilled chicken, has fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, wonton crisps, and garlic toast!
