We ordered salads which were delivered through door dash. When we received the salads they were missing the grilled chicken. They were sealed by Zaxby’s and I opened the seal myself. When my daughter took them back the manager actually accused us of eating the chicken and then bringing the salads back.
I tried the Chicken Parm Fry's, and they had no right to slap that hard. Whatever I paid for them was not enough.

i ordered $20 worth of food and got no, zero, sauce. after paying for extra sauce. got a funnel cake, no caramel dip. how do you forget caramel dip when you advertise it with the caramel dip…..anyway don’t know who was asleep back there. even mcdonald’s gives you sauce…..lol

I bought the loaded fries today. The chicken was cooked perfect. The breading wasn't dry and the chicken wasn't chewy. Good flavor. Love this type of finger food. And it's very filling. Brought extra home for the family. The service was good, and quick. My order was hot and fresh. Just like it should be.

This particular Zaxbys was top teir. Friendly, quick, hot, and the best Xaxby's fries I've ever had. I don't know if the mesquite seasoning on them was intentional or accidental, but it was perfect. That'll be my new request.
