Nice to see that Montevallo Jacks finally found some respectable employees.My last experience there a couple of mi the ago was horrible. However, the manager assured me she was sending the rude employee home.It must have worked because everyone was so well mannered, professional, good was great and no waiting.

Went in at 9 o’clock on a Friday in the lobby because my very picky son wanted some jacks fries. I walked into the lobby and devarius took my order. I asked if it would be a problem if I ordered a large order of fries to get some fresh ones. He said it wouldn’t be an issue. Not only was he taking orders he was helping a fellow worker in the back catch up on food orders. If he isn’t a team leader he should be, I never heard anything but yes sir and no sir from him. In a world where customer service is lacking at most places, he is a diamond in the rough!! Y’all got a good one jacks, I’d hold onto him!! Was in on 3/29/24. Thanks again devarius.

Quite disappointed in this place… I expected so much more but left there disappointed and still hungry…. First off, I have been to damn near every Jacks around the Birmingham area (i drive a lot for work and I stop and get myself a shake everytime I see one) and I have never been told that their shake machine is down… I always labeled jacks as the place I could depend on, that’s a McDonald’s thing… I never would’ve thought that the “Now opened, just built” jacks would be the one to tell me that…. So that saddened me a bit but it got worse when I got the food… I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap and after I got it, I took it out of the bag to find that there was just a tiny bit of honey mustard on it and the wrap itself was stale and crumbled/broke in pieces when you touched it… Very disappointed in my experience here and the only reason I’m giving it three stars is after I gave them back their disappointment in a bag, I guess it was the manager of the place, she took it upon herself to walk out to my truck and see if she could make things right, which I gotta say did make me feel a bit better, but I didn’t want anymore of their food so I had to turn her away… But she was a doll and sweet as can be so I gotta give props to her, but the rest of the restaurant blows…

Me and Mom had lunch today here at Jackson Montevallo and it was good but there was a lot of employees standing around behind the counter I don't understand that so you know the services okay brand new building looks good but I did not see any health score showing on any wall in this

Out of several items, even though advertising signs (plural) still hanging. Very short almost rude clerk.
Was charged extra for a chicken breast and did not get it.I did not receive a receipt or any napkins.Tryed to call and no one answered.

Look I'm honestly not a fan of Jack's food other than their breakfast, but the new look and atmosphere is worth 5 stars, and the customer service has always been top notch. So I'm not going to complain. I'll just leave a rating off the food since I can't fairly say without being biased.

I love going to this Jack's so glad they reopened so I could stop walking all the way down for other places. Only issues I'm having their website isn't working when it comes to ordering and usually when I put no gravy on the mashed potatoes they put it on there anyway. So I usually have to check before hand and ask for another one. Just the other day when I walked in the cold they gave me my mashed potatoes but had gravy on it but this time they messed up my whole sandwich I like mine plain and paper stuck to it said "no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo" lord and behold thick sandwich with all of that on it. I was home and just ate my fries. But the sandwich is the best part, I almost cried over it (I'm pregnant so hormones lol) so I had to walk in the dark in the cold to tell them to fix it I brought the mashed potatoes for them to fix as well. It was start of my bad night cause I came home with my cats that peed on multiple of my stuff. I was so upset I didn't eat my food until 30 minutes later I got home.

We’ve always had a good experience going to the Jack’s in Montevallo. Really like the newly rebuilt restaurant! Very open and welcoming. Jack’s has the best shakes of any fast food chain.
