Thank you for having a bakery nearby that isn’t overly sweet. We love coming here for special occasions and buying a dozen of this or that whether cookies or bread or cake. We always look forward to coming to downtown Montevallo and visiting La Conchita.

Very very nice people. Wonderful looking desserts..... however that taste was not for me. A group of us got multiple things to share and try from the bakery and the turnovers were definitely the best/only thing we really enjoyed.

I was there at 7 in the morning because according to what they open at that time and there were 5 more people there and it was 7.30 and they had not opened... I wonder exactly what time they will open if it says at 7
This is definitely a hidden gem in the area. There were so many beautiful pastries to choose from that I couldn’t decide what to get. What I did purchase was all so yummy and was very cost-friendly. There aren’t many places like it as far as I’m aware. They also have gourmet popsicles and homemade cakes which I was not able to try but, again, everything was beautiful. I definitely look forward to returning to taste more yummy deserts.
