We have a newborn at home and ordered online, hoping to get a quick and easy delivery as we are less than 5 minutes from the location and what we got instead was a DoorDash delivery to the wrong house after spending almost $40 for one pizza. Our pizza was cold when it arrived as it went in the opposite direction of our home and was less than enjoyable for the price we paid. Very dissatisfied.

Food was fresh & hot. The person working was kind enough to wait a few minutes past closing for me to pick up my order. I got lost.
Every time we order from Pizza Hut it is a roll of the dice. It's either great or disgusting. The other night we were missing on of our wings on delivery. We called & were told they would send it out on another delivery. Did we ever receive anything? Nope.. Did anyone ever call and say anything else or offer a refund? Nope.. I would never recommend this place to anyone & will be staying away myself after this last straw.

It takes forever if you order delivery but what we were told last time when we went to the store looking for the pizza they said they only had one driver so I can't be mad at them. It's not like they were just being slow or anything and I love their bbq pizza so I deal with it!

What a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Monroeville! Ordered their Meatlovers pizza for take-out and it didn't disappoint. The crust was baked to perfection, the toppings were generous and the blend of meats was truly delectable. Every bite was a delightful symphony of flavors. Kudos to the team for maintaining such consistent quality. The pick-up process was seamless and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this spot to all pizza enthusiasts in and around Monroeville. Can't wait to come back for more!

Pizza Hut in MonteVallo, AL is horrible. Due to an injury, it was basically my only option for food that I found - not being from here. Both orders I made were incorrect. I did not complain the 1st time. The 2nd time I complained, I was treated so disrespectfully. I was treated very poorly over a pasta bowl and some sodas.

A few weeks ago decided to try the hut haven’t had it in awhile. The dominos has gotten bad and new papa John’s is just down right disgusting. So I ordered a medium meat lovers with light sauce because of my reflux’s disease and a medium supreme with light sauce an order of hot wings and an order of the mini cinnamon buns with extra icing and garlic butter sauce lady said it would be about 25 mins I said ok be there shortly. Went to pick up my order she was just doing my cinn buns and dropped my wings in the fryer. Ordered it on line to get the discount picked up my order and she had for gotten my extra sauces I had order no problem even gave me a couple extra. The lady that was working was milled age about my age real nice super service. Pizza was good hot and fresh wings was good even the cina buns was good. Fast forward to today long busy day at work and then the traffic issues with the overturned 18 wheeler decided I’d just get me and the wife a pizza and some sides. Called from the car as I’m exiting the off ramp younger girl answered told her needed to place an order for pickup order the pizza large meat lovers light sauce and extra cheese her is that all. No I need a order of cheese bread her is that all no I would like Ann order of hot wings her is that all no I would like three butter sauces. and yes that will be all are you sure with a very sarcastic tone I said yes how long will it be 25 minutes ok. Go to pick up my order which by the way is $43 dollars right off the bat I could tell something was wrong I said I’m missing my butter sauce her you didn’t order any butter sauce but I’ll just give you some. Get home open said pizza not only did I not have extra cheese barely had any cheese at all and hardly had any meat. And then I opened my wings just to see I had regular fried chicken no sauce at all. Was very disappointed with the whole ordeal. If you don’t like the job you are doing find another one. That is what’s wrong with most of the younger generation today just have that don’t care attitude. Piss poor service
