Called and made an appointment for 2pm was told it would cost 66 bucks to do my hair and style it. I Waited all day long for the appointment. I get to the appoint 4 or 5 mintues early. And how bout when I get there the person I'm there to see was nowhere to be found. Another stylist called the woman on the phone and told her that I was there. And she told her she was on her way. after researching tree braids I called this shop asking for their knowledge on doing them and their price. I was told 140.00 and they provided the hair. I had my own hair and I was still charged 130.00. the type hair I had was wet and wavy. after 8 hours she put some type of products and braided up my hair and told me to take it down the next day.... well let me tell you it was terrible I called to complain I was talked to like I did something wrong. They need a shampoo bowl to wash your hair, they use a bucket. The stylist was very unprofessional, she was on the cellular phone texting most of the time went in at 2:30 pm left at 7:10 pm for 10 braids. Told me on price over the phone and raised the price up $15.00 more. The need customer service training.
