It was a good day at hotel house today. Food was good. Service was great atmosphere was just funny. We had a good day, we had 2 kids. They could have had some crazy stuff for the kids. But it was all good. It was a great day ahead of the house.

Ordered a 15 pc combo and the chicken had the most foul smell, it was disgusting I threw it away immediately! The chicken smelled rotten I am sooo disappointed that’s how people get sick!

Well I usually don’t post reviews. But if you want your food FRESH & cooked exactly how you want it. Then I recommend you to come here. This is my very first time eating from this particular American Deli. The one by my house doesn’t have my food fresh. It’s always cold. (E. South Blvd)

I got the chicken fingers and fries and they was overcooked. I got all the way home and found out they was ROCK HARD. I had to go back and it seemed like they was expecting me back. The lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge me, she just took the box and showed it to the cooks like here's another return. I won't be going back to this location.

Watch the people make your food they touch dirty rags(claim they aren’t dirty, yet they are used to clean) and then touch your food etc. UNSANITARY AND RUDE. It’s called cross contamination and I am PREGNANT! You shouldn’t touch a rag used to wipe things down and then touch your customers food. And if I want a remake then I should be able to get one. You just lost customers just know that. Pretty sure they don’t know that your employees are cross contaminating. Lol.
