I was a little hesitant to enter, but my wife wanted to have a salad so we ordered from some very friendly teenagers were young adults, it's getting harder for me to tell these days! The food was very good lol it took a few minutes to come out, they cook everything to order so it is hot and fresh. I had a patty melt on marbled rye, which was delicious, one of the best I've ever had along with some crinkle fries. They were nice and hot. My wife had a fresh salad and some deep-fried mushrooms, which were fantastic. We will definitely visit again. The next time we drive through, unfortunately we live in Nashville, so it's quite a drive to come enjoy their food. The two employees I would like to mention are Elizabeth and Justin, they were both very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed or wanted.

Philly was disgusting and soggy. Totally unappetizing. Service was horribly rude and unacceptable.

I had a great experience!!!! I read the previous reviews & was NOT going to stop. My Mother & I went to judge for ourselves. There was no trash, the facility was clean, food was REALLY GOOD & no issues with customer service. I would recommend & I will go back if traveling in that area.

This place has the worst food and workers. I’m surprised this place is still open and hasn’t been closed down with how bad of a place it is. I would never go here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone ??
The food is over cooked. The sodas are flat. Cashier's are rude. No exchanges no refund. If you don't like hard dry overcooked chicken skip this location.... 4 yrs ago the owner and employees were different and cared not so much now. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

TERRIBLE LOCATION! The overall food quality was great. The place seemed relatively clean. However they were terribly understaffed (only three people in total were running it) so I had to wait nearly 25-30 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I received my order of 6 boneless wings and fries. The poor cashier was trying so hard to stay sweet and keep up, but there were so many demanding customers that the overall energy was extremely negative. It's in a run down location and the Walmart less than a 5 minute walk away has tons of bad reviews if that tells you anything. So overall: - good food - decent service - terrible wait time - run down area - issues fulfilling orders correctly (the ladies before me were complaining about a previous order that had been messed up in addition to mine also being incorrect)

I have gone to this location for years and the food can be hit or miss. I went yesterday and after ordering asked to use the restroom. When walking down the hallway to the restroom I was unable to see the puddles of water on the floor and I subsequently slipped and fell very hard. I told the girl at the counter and she said, “oh you fell.” Granted it’s not her restaurant but that was it. Shortly after one of the workers comes to clean up the water. I asked for the manager/owners phone number because my ankle was already sore from the fall and if it got any worse I needed to follow up with him on next steps. I called and spoke to Lee who is said to be the owner. Not once did he apologize for me falling in his store. Instead he began asking questions to insinuate that I was lying. When asked what is the protocol in this situation if I needed to seek medical attention he said, “I don’t know.” Ultimately he said he would check it out and essentially he hung up on me. I haven’t heard back from him still. Beware of poor customer service and dangerous conditions at this location. If I had been elderly I would’ve been hurt very badly. Even still my ankle is sore and if I have to pursue this I see now that it will have to be done through litigation.
