American deli is like my allll around favorite. This particular American Deli at Normanbridge is open 24/7. Who don't love being able to get chicken , salads and etc anytime ? The customer service is usually above and beyond. They are very patient. The food is outstanding. There are Morehead than enough of parking available . Considering it shares a parking lot with other stores in shopping center.

Work at Hyundai just got off tried to call my order in and she would let me place the order. Mind you I eat here all the time. I guess because it was 8 am but if a person not going to show up in doesn't matter if it's 8 am or 12pm lost me as a customer. I will get me some hunts brother and keep it

I absolutely adore the food at this place! Their mango habanero, lemon pepper dry and mild wings are a flavor explosion, and the Cajun ranch fries are a perfect complement. The fried rice and Philly are must-tries; the entire menu is incredibly scrumptious. How is this place in business???? I order a Corned Beef Reuben, I don’t ever know if you can call this meat. It was paper thin a fried. I had to find it between the bread. I thought I was eating turkey bacon. It was horrible and it cost me $10

We decided to Uber Eats from American Deli and I made the mistake of selecting the one on Norman Bridge Road. When we received the Reuben, it has two slices of corned beef on soggy marbled bread. The fries were white as a ghost and wiggled when I picked them up. The Philly cheese looked okay but was undercooked and also soggy, with uncooked fries. I NEVER complain. I am a 4 or 5 star reviewer if service is good and people try!! We drove to American Deli on Vaughn, with all the food with us to confirm our feedback and misbelief. The cook and customer service representative were in agreement and appalled. We ordered the same from Vaughn American Deli and received meals which were cooked and made appropriately enough to be served to the public.If you are going to order from American Deli, go to Vaughn. Working on a refund now but have gotten the run around so will try again tomorrow. I do not like to leave negative reviews but the food and service were not good. Hoping that training and continuous improvement are taken into account. With some hard work and managerial attention, it can be great. I apologize if it was just a difficult night for the staff but the food was unacceptable.
