I placed an order over the phone for pickup. The young told me it was going to be 5 min. I came within 15 min. When I arrive my food wasn't ready they haven't started making my food (they weren't busy). She told me she didn't start it because people don't pick up the food. I would took that as an answer if the person after me didn't come to pick up their food by phone. I asked why because she asked. Well ma'am that's the point of calling in. I waited and when they did not deliver in the time she stated. I asked for a refund. They do not do refund even if you haven't received the food.

I ordered (2) 6 peice wing combo at this location. I waited at least 10-12 min until I got my food. When I arrived back at work I looked at the food and was very disappointed . The wings were hella small, and the French fries weren't done! I ended up throwing away the fries, and honestly, the wings weren't worth it. I gave 3 stars due to the employee being courteous over the phone, and the wait time was short. My Co- worker stated that her French fries weren't done and that the wings were too small.

The cashier was rude as ever snatching the bill out of my hand. We dined in me and my sis sat near the window. After the other customers left he stood there and hovered over us. I asked him twice to go away and he wouldn’t the cooks had to tell him to leave us

Filthy! I saw huge cockroaches in the windowsill. Gnats flying everywhere. I ordered a 15 pc they gave me 8 pc. I went inside to complain, workers have nasty attitude and the manger would not refund me. They robbed me of $12! I’m calling the department of public health!!
Asked for loaded fries with cheese and bacon and they didn’t give it and when I went back to ask they told me they couldn’t put it on there. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The man that took my order has a really heavy accent and messed up my order twice. I paid for both orders because business is business but he managed to mess up both times. $60 down the drain and I’m no where closer to having what I really ordered. I was looking forward to coming here more often because they’re 24 hours, however I will not be back. I think he meant well, but he failed to understand my orders on separate occasions which in turn failed me. Very disappointed.
