The staff was very professional and courteous. However, the chicken, broccoli alfredo was very dry and hard. The staff tried to correct the issue, but it was not recoverable. I'm not going to stop patronage of this establishment, but I would like to recommend that you ensure product quality.

Wow, maybe 6 tables seated was told it would be 1/2 hour wait. Went to bar, filthy, 10 minutes to get a beer another 10 to 20 to get food. Ordered medium hamburger WAS RAW!! literally raw. Server glanced over at it and said she would comp it and walked away! absolutely stunned!! do not eat here!! they could very well make you sick!! Saw 2 managers, no interest in anything but their phones.

Even though we had almost a 15 minute wait time Our server was good. The all you can eat deal is good. Your portions are staggered..each time you receive less quantity as not to waste. Our food was prompt and delicious. I'm picky about what I eat. Mom enjoyed herself. The smile was just awesome. We cook!!!...old school scratch. Loved

It wasn't even packed. I ordered a 12oz ribeye steak for it to be 1/2 in thick cooked wrong potatoes looked like dog food mush best thing on the plate was steam broccoli. My wife had bourbon street chicken and shrimp it was terrible. I will not be back. The service was terrible all the food came out at once my server wasn't even paying attention at all. Don't go there for a steak maybe some chicken tenders.Parking: Now I see why it was empty on a Sunday night around 6:30

The food at this location(honestly any Applebees) is always so so depending on what you order. Applebee's to me is not really great for food but the drinks are decent and the atmosphere is great for socializing or having a nice outing by yourself. The young lady who seated us was friendly and immediately let us know there was a 30 minute wait. The waitress Jaleesha was awesome. I have frequented this location several times and had Brandon who is awesome as well. So customer service here is top notch. We had the all you can eat rib, wings, and shrimp that comes with coleslaw and unlimited fries. I already knew from experience the shrimp is a no go but I wanted the wings. The honey pepper wings are my go to flavor. Everything food wise, was simply ok. I had the $5 Long Island Ice tea and my cousin had the $5 Margarita, both were really good. With the all you can eat keep in mind your first plate will be your biggest plate and the remainder plates will be by smaller ounces which equates to less food. My take away the food could be and should be better.
