Went here and they had no roast beef would be over an hour for them to make more also didn’t close for another three hours. We order four roast beef sandwiches cashier said we need to order something else we asked if there was enough for just two for our kids and asked how y’all don’t have roast beef yall advertise that yall do ! Then he stood there and looked away from us and wouldn’t take the money to pay for the drinks and he walked off as we was going back and forth because he wouldn’t even take the money, very rude service but hey it’s Montgomery what can you expect! Never going back corporate needs to have a check in on this place

Fries are cold when ordering online when select order now ASAP , less than 10 minutes. Get to window still have to wait then fries are cold. Happened 2 or more times. Just stop ordering online from there eating there period.

Buffalo Chicken slider was very very small , more like a crumb of the chicken tender that makes the slider.
I ordered 3 buffalo sliders and usually when I order it be a nice piece of chicken on the bun. I’m not sure what happened this time but I didn’t get that this time. It’s so small and I feel like I deserve what I paid for. It’s like they just got lazy and just slapped some on it. Like they broke a tender and used the pieces on both. I’m highly disappointed.

I walked into Arby's house beef restaurant on the Atlanta highway and it has been a week ago I wrote a review on Arby's website. Jered was the assistant manager and he was exceptional employee due to remember my name from the week before I assume he remembered my name from my receipt with my name on it. I walked in and Jered hey Mr Luke how you doing sir. And I asked him for the same thing I had last time and he remembered. Jared has an extraordinary memory which is amazing and very good business. I am retired and owned restaurants myself. The other employees there was diamond and Nick. They were very jolly people serving on the front very pleasant smiles and very fast in getting the product. I will be going to this Arby's on the Atlanta highway in Montgomery Alabama. These employees make me feel welcome like I'm walking into my home.

Okay this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I ate my entire meal and drank my entire drink before I happened to glance down and see this roach mushed up to the top of my lid. This is so gross I feel like I can feel this nastiness in my throat. They said they would return my money and I am driving up there tomorrow to get a refund but it does not even begin to alleviate the nastiness I feel in my throat right now.

I am from out of town and I just went through the drive thru. I had a coupon. The guy at the window argued with me because he lied and said he couldn’t take the coupon at the window. He proceeded to throw my card on the ground when I tried to pay, and refused to give me my drinks. A manager had to step in. The food is absolutely not what I typically receive from an Arby’s, subpar to say the least. I have never had an experience like this. Never again.
