I would expect better service and food in this area. Have to pull up to the window to get a total. Not everyone wants a cashier in their wallet and purse while pulling out money that could be pulled out before arriving at the window. Then the sandwich was expensive trash. Doesn't look like fresh processed beef.

I come here often because I love Arby’s but every time I come to this location the employees at the window are always so rude yelling and cutting you off then when your not even done with your order there like “pull around” and get aggervated with you when you tell them you not done I get that those kind of jobs suck but if you hate your job so much leave it’s not hard to be kind!

The girl that was working the drive thru was rushing you. Spent $30 on food got home everything was cold even the chicken nuggets. Telling to pull up go park over there just to get cold food. Last time going it was a last minute
I've never visited an Arby's only to be told they actually don't have the meat. We were informed when trying to order inside that they didn't have roast beef to make the sandwiches. Isn't that the main product? The whole "we have the meats bum bum bum." Place is usually great. Bad timing I guess at lunch time on a Wednesday...Atlanta Highway location still had the meat.

Went through the drive thru. The employee was difficult to understand, she mumbled.Sandwich had roast beef hanging out of the bun & a piece was on the wrapper. It had no taste, seemed overcooked. Asked for a Dr. Pepper which was flat. The curly fries were in tiny pieces, overcooked & had some crinkle fries mixed in. Asked for some ketchup, got 18 packets (what a waste). The chicken ranch loaded potato was terrible. The chicken was beyond crispy.Very disappointed.

I think this Arby’s suffers being right next to Chick-Fil-A. I usually eat there but was just in the mood for Arby’s today. The restaurant has been recently remodeled and is very nice. The service was exceptional, and the manager was walking around calling the patrons by name asking if everything was Ok. Give these folks a try!
